I recommend going elsewhere. They replaced my windshield in March, and it's leaked ever since. After many calls they finally sent someone out to check the leak but blamed it on clogged ventilation drains and cleaned them out. By the next day it was raining and my car is still getting soaked from water flowing in under the windshield/dash - literal puddles of water inside the car. The inside of my car now reeks like a bag of sweaty socks. I've had to remove all of my interior carpet and will likely have to replace it - a very costly issue and the owners can't even be bothered to return my call to fix the original problem they seem to have created. There are companies who will stand behind their work, and in my experience this does not seem to be one of them. Buyer beware. read more

I called and asked a nice young lady for a quote on my passenger window? She was looking into the computer for awhile and then she was like... "this isn't looking good"... then I said" Ekk that didn't sound very promising ".... Eye roll! Then she informed me that no one had my part in town and that it would take about 4 days to get it here and be installed. I almost had a heart attack. She immediately went the extra mile. She apologized for what I had gone through and also told me she would try to help me out in anyway. What a sign of relief. She told me she'd call back in a few to see what she could do! About 5 minutes later she called back to say she could have the part here by tomorrow! Whoa I cried not going to lie. It was tears of joy! I couldn't believe it. My day that had started out Oh so bad had turned around fairly quickly! I was so thankful and happy! The next morning they came to me. Drove out to La Pine the other day. The rocks that the snow plower workers put out, put way to much rocks on the road, to the point that when someone passes you, there is a 99% chance that a rock will be propelled at your car. Well...a truck driver and his trailer pasted me on the left & lord be hold his trailer propelled a rock, that hit my windshield and cracked it. FIRST TIME EVER experiencing this in my life. So I ask my wife what should we do to get it fixed and she told me car insurance will cover it. So I call my insurance company and get the glass claim going and am referred over to these guys. When I called them go setup everything, my email closed as I was starting to talk to the guy on the phone, kinda stuttering and sounding like an idiot because I needed the loss reference number, so he knew what I was calling about. I was rudely hung up ‍ & I sat on hold for a good 15 minutes or more of course....only for the guy to hangup on me. He didn't even bother trying to callback, until he must have listened to the "very nice" voicemail I left, after I was sent to voicemail when I tried calling back when whomever hung up on me. Its just unprofessional to hangup on clients/customers and if it was an accident...call them back and apologize! So I will be showing up in person after.... leaving this very nice review, that I have of this business. Off to a good start guys! I can just take my money, call my car insurance & find another business to service my car, who are more professional and courteous ‍ To the manager or whoever in the business reads these comments. First I was told by the GM that my appoint was for 9am on Monday. When I called after 9:30AM, the GM told me between 10AM-3PM.... I called at 2:55PM, the GM tells me he can't located the driver. While asking questions the GM hangs up on me... I call back and a female answers saying she do not know what to tell me since I've been speaking with the GM, and I should just cancel my order. The worst costumer service ever! The driver just showed up with an attitude at 3:15pm and refuse to greet or even speak when I asked him a question. I told them to cancel it, but driver still showed up. The GM calls me back w/o apologizing and calls me a PUNK and hangs up on me... I reported them to my insurance company. read more

Called AGSNW on Saturday at around 3PM, well after most auto glass companies had closed and was helped schedule an appointment for first thing the following Monday. Other companies did not even respond by Monday and another company responded well after Cody, the AGSNW technician, was finished replacing my windshield. Cody was professional and quick! I have had these guys replace two windshields and a drivers side window. They do a great job and their prices are Excellent. The side window I had to find myself, and the used one came mounted(glued) into part of the regulator, the metal piece at the base of window was not correct for my year car. The worker had to cut the glue off and remove the window and reglue the new window to the part for my car. No extra charge. How is that for service. Fantastic. They did arrive reasonably quickly, but it went downhill from there. I used this company to replace a broken passenger side window. The tech who was installing the new window promptly broke the cable in the regulator mechanism inside the door that raises and lowers the glass, so I can no longer open it. He also pressed down hard on the driver's side window, forcing it down, to see why it was dropping about 1/2" instead of staying fully closed--that window now drops about 12" except when it's held shut with a wire. A lot of damage done in a very short time. The dispatcher I spoke to (Mick?) offered no apology, and no discount; when pressed, he did say he would try to find a replacement regulator, but has never called me back. I concede that my car is old and has issues, but I wasn't expecting the problems to be so much worse after Auto Glass services. Buyer beware. read more

As good as it gets: honest, fast, and convenient. I needed a rear window repaired after a break-in, and I needed it fixed asap (weather was coming, needed it to be secure to transport gear that day, etc.). I called at approximately 9am, and response was immediate. I had questions about replacing with OEM vs. after market glass, and the owner responded to all texts quickly and accurately. He was able to confirm via phone pic which shade of glass I needed so there wouldn't be any confusion. I called three different shops, and AGS was by far the most reasonably priced, and even for OEM glass. Nick, the installer, showed up when I was told to expect him (30-45 mins later), he was kind enough to chat a bit about glass costs (I'm always curious), the work, etc. I got the feeling that not only did I get a solid deal, but that AGS was an honest, solid outfit - both for employees as well as customers. I went back inside to work, and approximately 30 mins later, he texted that he was done. He vacuumed up all the glass in the car, and outside, which I appreciated since I didn't have a vacuum. I felt completely disheartened, the jerk even stole my coat and left me to drive around town with an open window in January. I decided to look into fixing the widow as soon as possible to try and rid myself of the feeling (I couldn't even look at the glass it made me so mad.) After looking at some reviews I called NW. They gave me a fair price and got me in for an appointment right away. I was a little wary of the location, but as soon as someone greeted me and let me know where I could wait, I felt more comfortable. They were so speedy too! It took them about 30-45 mins to not only reinstall my window, but to clean up the glass too! I was honestly expecting that to be something I would have to do on my own. Very happy with the service I received. Had to go to a Junkyard to get a new rear windshield since Toyota doesn't make anything older than 7 years now. A lot of glass companies don't like to do job they can't guarantee, but Auto Glass took the job did it great and didn't charge me extra when there was some additional work. Not only were they 45 minutes late after the 2 hour window they said they would arrive in, but they did not call me to tell me they were running late I had to call to find out! I called several places for qoutes on replacing the back tailgate window of my Pathfinder with the window that I was supplying. I was told $135 plus by a couple places, as well as that it would take an hour, which I thought completely ridiculous. These guys qouted $88 and also said an hour to complete. They showed up the next day, spent less than twenty minutes unbolting the old one and rebolting in the new one that I supplied.
