We recently had a move where we required Superheroes to do some partial packing. We hired 2 trucks and 5 movers. We didn't realize how much we hadn't packed until we saw what these gentlemen had to do to get us moved out. We scheduled the move approximately 5 weeks ahead of time. Although we received confirmations and reminders, it was still unnerving when you hear about how some businesses don't show up. The day before the move, we called them and it sounded like they were surprised we didn't pack everything ourselves. When move day came, however, there were no issues whatsoever. These men were very quick, polite, professional and extremely hard working. They moved very quickly and packed everything with care. Another standout was how they took care in doorways to not only keep the furniture from damage, but also the walls, doorways, lighting, etc. I can't say enough about the quality of this service. We were so happy. I feel like the job took 50% longer than anticipated but they never expressed dissatisfaction and were always happy to do the job at hand. They even offered to help us move a piece of furniture out for a neighbor to pick up, as well as put together a piece of furniture they weren't aware of. These men always went above and beyond. I'd give them a zero if I could. That option is not available. Initially I was impressed with two young strong clean looking guys who didn't reek of cigarettes pot and body odor. However before the move was completed and unpacked I realize they had left things up the stairs at the door of the apartment. And the things they moved to my home... Were shoved into my garage in such a mess that it took me weeks just to navigate through it. As I begin putting things away, I realized I am missing a brand new $2000 MacBook and a brand new power bank I bought after the Labor Day storm and fires. I am also missing an enormous amount of food and who knows what else? I called them to let them know about the issues and Ryan the owner/manager pretty much told me "oh well". I just called back and spoke with Ryan today about my missing items and all he did was question me about if I've unpacked everything. I will now be calling the police and contacting the Better Business Bureau. I am missing well over $2000 worth of items and many items were broken because of the way they slam them in my garage. Very unhappy with the service! Be careful if you have anything valuable put it in your car and transport it yourself. read more

I would like to say the service and professionalism I received from the two young man who arrived was perfect. Their names were Christian and Will, first how I came to get them was last minute. I originally booked my service with Established movers out of Tacoma. The move was scheduled 3 weeks in advance, the reason for the time frame was since I am 64 years old and live with my adult daughter who has health issues I wanted to be prepared in advance. Well the day came Established showed up and the 3 young man "claimed" they didn't know how to get the truck in my driveway of my appointment complex. So I am sitting on boxes and was told we can't help you and they LEFT!!!! Here is is a Saturday and my services are off, all my things packed. I immediately took my phone and found Superheroes, Elena in the office after listening to my story, said she would help me, set me up next day 8:30am Sunday morning, and the move went perfect. I can't say enough about the care and service I got. I was so happy how I was treated I could not wait to give an additional tip on the bill!!! What a wonderful team of hard working individuals!!! Ben (Foreman for our job), Sergio, Tamaya, Dorrien, and Andrew worked as a "well oiled machine" while moving all of our belongings from one house to another. They moved large, very larger, and small furniture and boxes from our home of 31 years ( just imagine what one can accumulated over 31 years) to our new home, always wearing a smile and sharing a positive comment or two to help me to stay calm during our move. They understood how to work as a team to maneuver difficult pieces of furniture through narrow hallways and twisty stairs without damaging walls or furniture... Ah, I was relieved that all went well despite the rain that haunted us throughout the day. Their price was reasonable considering the labor they put in throughout the day of our move. We have moved frequently in our life time but this by far was the best experience we ever had with a moving company. ALL the guys were so careful with our furniture. We did wrap most of our stuff to make things go faster and smoother but there were some pieces we didn't get a chance to wrap which the movers did. They did a great job protecting our belongings. We have some very expensive pieces and I was a little nervous and decided to go with a smaller company to give them the business vs. these big names that had some horror stories to say the least. Great choice on my part! The owner came out personally to give us a quote and everything from that point went very smoothly from there. I moved today from Edgewood to Tacoma & I was very happy with the 2 movers sent to do the job! They went as fast as they could & went out of their way to help in any way extra as possible such as putting my bed set/frame together for me at the new place because otherwise I would have had to sleep on my mattress on the floor until I got help from my family which would be a whole week more! Malcom was so friendly to the senior resident's in my new building & all the elderly ladies were loving him! I wish I had more money because I would love to have given them a big tip as they truly deserved it! Hope this review helps instead. There aren't enough adjectives in the English language to express how pleased I am with our move. Superheroes lives up to their name! The lead on the crew that moved us from Tacoma to Port Angeles was Sergio. Great communication, sense of humor, quick....as in almost sprinting from the house out to the truck to grab more stuff...careful and caring. Greg and Mitchell were the other team members on the crew. Talk about great people! Again, sense of humor but caring, efficient, knowledgeable (some of our furniture wasn't the most fun to deal with). They were on time, no lollygagging about, pricing was amazing (no surprises at all). If we had to move again, I would not hesitate to call this company. Such a great experience! read more

This company is awesome from booking to completion. The reservation process was clear and concise. The crew was friendly and courteous, Covid-considerate, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, highly CAPABLE of the task of rearranging my office's multiple, 500lb+, solid-wood pieces of furniture. The moving service couldn't have gone better. Dorrien and Austin showed up earlier than expected after I had expressed concern about a later start to the moving and then were efficient and careful-packing everything snugly in their truck. They were flexible when I had requested a stop to my storage unit and made storage work in a small space and they were friendly and easy to work with throughout the process. The price was extremely reasonable when I had compared it to other services but service quality did not show it. I used this company back in April and was not satisfied however I decided to give them a second chance, I am glad I did!!!! The men were respectful, on time, fit, strong, and fast! Having 3 guys on the job definitely helped get things going. My only feedback is that only 1 guy wore a mask and I didn't mention it to the others so that is on me. I got a recommended Superheroes Moving from my brother's friend who is a realtor, and I have to say I am quite from my first phone call with them to the movers Greg and Alex. They were respectful of my stuff and also quite efficient in moving it. These guys are incredible! We got a competitive quote for an in-town move (Tacoma apartment to Tacoma storage). They beat three other companies that we shopped. Their crew was on-time, courteous, professional, responsive, and communicated with us every step of the way. They went above and beyond to be quick, and even wrapped up our more valuable items in plastic wrap (we didn't even ask!).
