We hired Warriors Moving for a move from Madison Park to Federal Way, Wa. The movers were on time, professional, efficient and friendly. They took great care with our belongings, wrapping all our furniture and even stopped at the transfer station for us so it saved us a trip. We had a tricky parking lot situation at the apartment complex being very tight and they handled it like pros. Our driveway to our house was partially blocked by a neighbor's car and they just worked around it. They worked very quickly and we were extremely pleased by their attention to detail. I was genuinely excited to have found movers that met my budget, Jill was even great with answering my questions and I felt assured. Then moving day happened. The movers that were there to help, be it courteous enough, didn't understand that I was on budget, and there was a slight language barrier. The 2 movers were slow, what has taken other companies 3 to 4 hours to do, was done in 6 and then some. I was deeply upset and a phone call was made to the company about the experience. The woman who spoke with my significant other went into full defense mode and ultimately didn't care about how this represents their company. Now, I feel taken advantage of in my time and money. We needed a group to help move our furniture and some boxes across town. Warriors moving showed up in one of our searches for movers so we went with it. They showed up early, worked quickly and professionally. They were able to carry even the heaviest thing carefully down some stairs. Also our bed frame was quickly and professionally disassembled to help move, and reassembled once unloaded and in place at the new apt. They estimated a time for me to reserve the moving elevator at new place and we were pretty much spot on to that estimate which shows me they are either experienced or lucky guessers. Our stuff was quickly and safely unloaded, each time they finished a load in the elevator, they locked up the truck and closed all doors for security and moved the stuff to my new apartment. Then unlocked everything again when they were back down getting things out of the truck. The unloading went pretty fast as well, about the same amount of time as loading took. Our things were roughly put into the correct new rooms even though our boxes were poorly labeled by us. Heavy things were set where I asked. A few pads at the bottom of legs on furniture were missing which I can easily replace with the mega pack I have. This is pretty much the only con we have as everything else was so quick and smooth. Highly recommended! We had way more stuff than we thought, and it was already packed and in storage, which turned out to be a challenge. They tackled the move with great professionalism. Professional crew - highly recommend The professional crew arrived early and quickly packed up and loaded a two bedroom house and our storage unit, securing all of our furniture and belongings under stormy and icy conditions. They set everything up at our new location and kept everything clean. They were absolutely professional, efficient, and careful. Called me after receiving the online request... gave me prices before abruptly hanging up. Was very rude, would not use.

All I know is that this moving company has a very large moving truck blocking all traffic access to my entire street. Everyone is now forced to drive through the neighborhood to access our homes, since all street access is cut off by this truck. Luckily I am not one of the unfortunate homes who's driveways are also completely blocked. It is completely dark outside, yet they have no headlights or anything else on-- no one directing traffic, and no orange cones or flares, etc, to warn incoming traffic of the hazard. This is a huge inconvenience, and they seem to have no regard for the dozens of homes they are currently blocking access to. I would never hire a company with such clear disregard for people's safety and functionality of a public street. read more

I had a great experience with Warriors. Tammy was helpful in getting the move scheduled and Jose, Elias, and Daniel were excellent, hard-working movers. They completed my move this past Saturday within the estimated time, even though there were unexpected challenges--street parking by my house was difficult, and the moving truck was too tall to fit inside the loading dock at the storage facility I was moving everything into, requiring them to park outside the building and haul loads a much further distance. They followed my instructions explicitly and were polite and professional throughout the whole move. Hiring movers is not cheap--but it was totally worth it in this case, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire these movers again. read more

I explained that I wouldn't need a truck since I am moving within the same complex. She was unable to understand that and insisted that I need a truck. (I am moving to the building next to me). I have used Warriors Moving twice now and the second time was even better than the first. Nothing was damaged and they were very fast and efficient. The condo I was moving into was best accessed from an alley behind and they somehow backed the big truck in there without effort. They even finished up faster than expected and the neighbor was happy so she could get down her driveway and get to work. All three guys were great and handled all my items with care. Warriors Moving is fast, friendly, and affordable. There is a 4 hour minimum at $115 an hour. The movers finished just under four hours. These guys were amazing. We ended up getting 3 movers for the cost of 2 because they were training someone. We had to load the truck from two separate locations since we had some stuff in storage and they did everything surprisingly quick. They even moved a pool table upstairs for us! Hired Warriors Moving for a short move. Rated them one star only because they showed up. Office staff seem professional and nice. Although, my moving dates and times were not logged in properly. It was corrected with much frustration! Movers were supposed to come within a two hour window. They showed up early and started charging me moving time. I was not even at the property. Pedro the head person in charge of the move was very unprofessional and seem to have a chip on his shoulder! He wanted to charge me for more time then job was quoted! A item was broken and brought to his attention his response was you got the basic insurance and you signed the papers to bad! Very disappointed in this moving service! I brought up these issues concerning the move and the difficulties to the office staff. Response was it is what it is. You were charged correctly. Although, I payed for the move in advance by credit card the moving crew wanted us to pay them cash. When my husband explained we paid company directly to Pedro he kept asking for the cash. We REFUSED! I was charged over the amount that was quoted and had a person with an attitude to go with it! I would not recommend this company!! Very disappointed customer! read more

Warriors Moving sent out a great team, lead by Pedro, to move our antique armoire that was 13 feet wide by 8.5 feet high. It was very difficult to get it out of the house without damaging the piece or bumping into walls. They did an excellent job! We've moved a few times and used different moving companies. I decided to give Warriors a try because Alfredo responded to my online request and called in a timely manner. I know they don't have a lot of reviews yet so I thought I'd give them a try and help them out by giving them a good review as I am an entrepreneur and I like helping out new business ventures. It was a mistake. Though Alfredo was helpful, the movers were just 'meh'. They aren't bad, but we definitely have had movers that are more efficient and respectful. They're as skilled to pack as many things in the truck as possible compared to our previous movers so they left a ton of stuff at the old house when we ended up having to move ourselves. Also, as we have moved several times, we made sure to mark all boxes and put up signs accordingly. When they got to the new place, they decided they wanted to just leave all the boxes in the garage. When my 65 year old father asked them to bring the boxes to the associated them, they were irritated and rolled their eyes. My father had to carry the boxes himself to all the different rooms upstairs. That's unacceptable! I didn't mark all the boxes for no reason and I sure didn't pay them to do a half-ass job. When I wrote Alfredo to give him the feedback, he was defensive and said that they dealt with my father and not me so I didn't know what happened. I called BS because I came with the movers to the new house and watched the whole thing. It's a shame because I really was hoping for a better experience and I wanted to leave a nice feedback.
