I just left from getting my oil changed and car wash and Lou was very kind and helpful. I always go here and have never had any issues with them trying to play games or over charge . While doing my oil change he came back in the wait room to show me that my air filters were in need of a change . He showed me mine and what a clean one was so there was no question that they really needed to be changed . I appreciate him explaining it to me as I've been taken advantage before at other car service places so it was comforting that Lou was so nice . I would recommend this place to anyone . read more

Worst location to get your car wash. They lie about the cost to get your car in the wash, and then does not complete the job as promised. When an issue was raised with the "manager" he said nothing can be done, but advised I return the next day to work on a solution. I didn't choose to get my car detailed with the expectation of spending two days to have it completed. When they finish with the car, no one informs you that it is done. They have a waiting area inside and unless you're outside, it will be a guessing game. This is perhaps one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had and I will not return to this location. read more

WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR WASHED. I purchased the Special which included the interior, big treatment, under body spray, triple wax, velocity clear coat, wheel bright, tire shine, fragrance, and it included a carpet or seat shampoo. I contemplated between which service I wanted then ultimately told the guy I wanted the carpets because they were the dirtiest. He wrote something on my window and I pulled forward and got out for them to begin. After such an "extensive" exterior cleaning I was confused. The inside of my car didn't look to great AND they didn't give me my fragrance. I went back inside and the lady handed it to me. Once I was done I headed home. I noticed a spot on my passenger side mirror. Then there were some dirt spots on my passenger side door that were still there. Once home I felt my carpets, NOTHING!! But my seats were clean. You would've thought I would've settled for that right? But my carpets were still filthy so I called them just to let them know that they gave me the wrong service and I was VERY polite and was WILLING to pay to fix it because the guys were out there sweating and working hard, and the manager began to YELL at me saying that I CHOSE That service and he wrote it on my window. I was SO UPSET. I understand if there was a miscommunication but how dare you yell at me and tell me that I was wrong? I would've accepted if that's what you heard or assumed I said, it's loud, it's a car wash, but after spending $45 on a car wash you would think he would've at least heard me out. I should've know it wasn't good, I was there for LESS THAN 30 min, for a shampoo! I was a regular for their $4 car wash, I will NEVER GO BACK. STAY AWAY. These always do an amazing job washing and detailing my car when I need a full clean out. However, I want to caution people about getting inspections or repairs done here. I got my state inspection here a few months ago, and while the inspector was checking and taking out my cabin vents , somehow he removed/misplaced or lost an important piece of my glove box (the part of the hinge that holds it closed .) That part is still missing to this day and my glove box only has support on one side now. I've searched my entire car for the piece and have had it recleaned since then , but the piece is just gone. This was my go-to place when it was Simoniz. There signs and receipts indicate that they are now Superior Texas Car Wash, but they answer the phone as "Mister Car Wash". When Simoniz first was bought out, I came here and my car was damaged, as was another customer's car while I was there. The process to get the repair done was insane. Decided it had been a while since I had been there, so I'd give them another try. Pulled in and told them the package I wanted and the guy really pushed the upsale. When he saw I wasn't biting, he offered the full detail for $10 less, which was only $4 more than what I was willing to pay. I agreed and thought I wish I'd have known prices could be changed. As I got out of my car, that's when I noticed they're written "no armorall", but that was included in the original package I'd requested. Just blew it off and went in to pay. Signs on the door said "no mask no service" and there were social distancing stickers on the floor. I waited for the cashier to acknowledge me, but had to wait for her to stop unpacking a box. I also thought that once she started to wait on me, she'd pull her mask up to cover her nose and mouth, but it remained a chinstrap the entire time I was there. Wanting a clean car, but not COVID, I went to wait on my car outside, despite it being almost 100 out. While there, I noticed another employee and a customer sitting at the tables that didn't have a mask anywhere in site. I was told the wash would take 30 minutes. Well, that didn't happen. read more

This place gets a less than one star. I went on Sat 3/12 and got an oil change, requested the $60 car wash special for the interior and an inspection. I was the only oil change/inspection it took over an hour. My car did not pass, my front tires were worn. Then instead of the special they gave me the basic. No biggie. Today I went and got 2 new tires and went to get my reinspection. Pulled up to the inspection hut, noone there. A guy came over found out what I needed. He had to check with the manager. He came back and told me I had to move to the front. Ok, I moved and a young lady asked what I needed. I told her, showed her my insurance. I went inside, gave her my keys. I went back to my car to get my phone. Went to my car again to get my charger and I see this truck go to the inspection hut go in. I was curious but not upset. Then this guy come over to me. What, do I have to tell ANOTHER person what I need? The guy was probably 10 feet away when I yelled "you guys need to get your shit together". He proceeds to tell me tell at me not to talk to him that way! REALLY? We ended up getting into a shouting match. Me telling him this is the worst place ever, I won't be back. My almost $80 I paid Sat and all I want is a reinspection. He tells me to never come back, if I do he will, something, by this time I was getting in my car. Mr I AM THE ONLY MANAGER HERE NEEDS TO LEARN CUSTOMER SKILLS. I went down the street and paid an inspection place another $25.50 and was done in 5 minutes. I came here on a Sunday afternoon when my regular car wash place was closed. Since this was just down the street, I thought why not, I'll give it a try. Huge mistake. I paid $50 for what was supposed to be a detailed wash. I left with crumbs on my seat and stains on the inside of the doors. I probably should have said something but I was in a little bit of a hurry and they had already closed. There were no major messes or stains in my car so I'm not sure why it took them over an hour to clean it and still didn't do an exemplary job. I hate giving bad reviews, but I really wasn't satisfied with the service here. The people there seemed fairly nice. I just wish their service would be as nice. Maybe sometime down the line I'll give this place another shot. But for now, back to the regular car wash place! read more

This was my first time here, as it's in my neighborhood and I wanted a good clean. The guy tried to sell me on a $100 wash but I opted for the $85, as I didn't want to do the wax yet. It was Easter weekend and I had just enough time to get a good clean and head out of town. When I got home I inspected my car only to be utterly disappointed. I couldn't go back and since we had to leave out of town, however, they took nearly 2 hours working on it. I have attached pictures since they will speak for themselves. Far less impressed today. They seem to have some sort of disconnect between coupon publishing and coupon acceptance. Last time I was here, I planned to use a Yelp deal where I paid $7 for $10 voucher and the manager had no acknowledgement of such arrangement. He finally accepted it but seemed reluctant to do so. Today I pulled up my Money Mailer app for a $4 off coupon. Nope, says the guy who greets you. It must be the printed one you get in the mail. Per the OWNER. Guy who greets you Is just doing his job, so I ask to talk to the manager, Ramiro. That's a ridiculous policy. No such luck, but I moved in to the register area to find a way to fix this. To the staff behind the counter, I was calm and kind when I rationally explained how silly it was to publish a digital coupon that no one can use. The staff eventually relented. (But come on! I even offered to text my coupon to the owner. If the staff gets in trouble, send the owner my way. We'll have a chat.) I was tempted to reduce my review to 2 stars, but my car looks really good. Growing up in Alief this used to be my favorite place to go to get my car wash and oil change. Even when I moved to Katy Texas I would still drive all the way down to Southwest to get my oil change and car wash. My most recent experience was highly disappointing. I received a super synthetic oil change but I'm not Even sure if I received a super synthetic oil change. Synthetic oil change usually last six months. But the sticker they put on my car assist to return in three months. Also my check engine light is on Because the codes were not cleared. This is the second time this has happened within the past year. The last time I received the car wash I was so upset I was even confused as to what they washed or even clean. I ended up going to a hand wash car place on Bellaire. So the second time around I told him do not wash the car because they do not know how to wash cars. I just want to oil change. The first time was ok but i overheard employees bragging about making a commision up selling for services that weren't needed and the second time they didn't even bother to touch the inside of my car. I purchased a superior wash and my SUV was done in less than 15 minutes. I was like WOW! Fast service! But fast doesn't mean quality. My weathertech floor mats in the front was so wet and the back mats was not even wiped at all. I asked the lady to wipe the mats which she did but she didn't even try to dry the front mats. I spent 5 minutes wiping my own vehicle that I paid for. Never again!!! Staff are nice and friendly but the quality of cleaning is not there. They also have free wifi. Bad place. Unapologetic after breaking off a piece of my car. Started off as a regular basic wash. Been here at this location many times. I have (had) a monthly membership on 2 cars. Got home 5 min away and noticed a large piece of my front corner top luggage rack missing / broken off. Drove back and told them that they had damaged my car. First thing out of short older Latino man was "we not responsible. Your car was like that. I even asked the other guy who wrote on my window if he recalled my car missing this piece and he said no. I then told them to look for my large piece that broke off. He said he had looked and didn't find it and that my car was like that and that they have a sign in front that if they damage your car, they are not responsible. I asked him who then is responsible if your car wash broke it. After looking again several times through the wash he found the piece. He found it and laid it on my truck and ask me to call police if I wanted and for me to take a picture of sign that they are not responsible. He took pictures of the damage where it was very clear that his car wash had broken the piece. At no point did he ever apologize for the damage that his car was did to my vehicle or said that he was wrong for telling several times that my car had arrived with that piece missing already.
