I took our very dirty 4Runner in today for a mini detail. They did a phenomenal job. Car looks brand new. Very reasonable price.

I took my brand new Audi A7 here today for a quick wash during my lunch break. They said it would take about 45 minutes so I left my car there and had a coworker drive me back to the office. I received a call once the car was done and pickup was quick and easy. However, once I got home, I looked into my glove box and noticed that my $120 bottle of Dolce and Gabbana perfume was missing. Mind you, it was there when I used it before going into the office that morning. I called to explain the situation and was told I would get a call back. Do I really expect this business to admit that one of their employees stole a brand new bottle of perfume from my car? No. Do I recommend this place? No. Will I be a returning customer? HARD NO! Take your business elsewhere unless you want to pay to let a thief into your vehicle. I hope the employee/thief's girlfriend or wife enjoys the new bottle of perfume. You're welcome. read more

I got a platinum package; for black wax(which SUPPOSEDLY would cover small stretches on the body of the car) and not sure if included shampooing the seats. But not even vacuum it properly they were able to do so. The moment I opened my car's door I could see dirty on the driver side. No signs of having moved the mats to clean underneath them. I mentioned it right away, they then pretended of touching up but they pulled the seat to accommodate to whoever cleanings height and when I adjusted back; there was dirty everywhere. I rarely write reviews but I think that paying almost 70 bucks; my car would look CLEAN! I would not recommend this place unfortunately. read more

I decided to take a risk and go to a a new car wash. What a mistake! I didn't check underneath my car rugs & they didn't even lift my rugs to clean underneath! The guy tried to upsell from the standard hand wash and vacuum. I politely declined and informed him I have BMWs interior clean products. So then he states "well I'm going to charge you an extra $10 for the extra dirt on the mats." I am writing this review in their parking lot along with my current mats. Platinum Auto Spa was discovered after I could not make it to the hand car wash that I usually go to, due to it being full. Well, I've made 2 visits so far to Platinum. They've done a great job both times. The experience is painless. I was greeted both times upon arrival. The waiting area is indoors, with drinks for purchase while you wait. The staff is pleasant and the waiting area is well kept and comfortable for waiting. I price is pretty standard for hand car washes. I have no complaints about this place. read more

Today is July 8, 2020 I went to a location to get a gold car wash in Houston on South dairy Ashford and briar Forest I had purchased a gold package car wash on Groupon for $20 the original package for a gold car wash I believe it's $31 when I arrived at this car wash they looked into my car And told me I needed to pay the extra $20 to vacuum an extra eight for a shin solution (Better than armor all ) for front and back an extra eight dollars for the dashboard altogether I would have had to pay a extra $36 on top of the $20 that I paid from Groupon that will make total Of $56 altogether what I am very agitated at is that it was not told to me or in the directions of Groupon that you will have to pay extra to get your car vacuumed out correctly I went to the manager and I told him this is not excessive vacuuming this is regular vacuuming and I don't want to pay the extra $20 he then told me that he do not get paid from Groupon and I strongly advise him that this was not my fault and it should be put into the fine print because I do read very wellI refuse to pay the extra $20 so he did not compensate me for my Groupon voucher but what he did tell me was to get a refund from Groupon I feel that this is not good customer service and he also told me that he was the owner so I advised him to put in fine print on Groupon on what to expect when going to the car wash then he told told me to leave his establishment because this is his business and I also told him that this is my money so I would like to be able to express the way I feel about my money (this is when he told me I was disturbing his business) as well as he can express how we feel about his business read more

This is my first time getting a car wash, my boss comes here all the time and highly recommends them! Because of their grand opening I was able to take advantage of their grand opening special - all inclusive to vacuum, wash, hand dry, and polish for $15! Can you ask for anything else? We had our one year old mid size SUV washed and waxed last week. The vehicle looks like it did on the dealers lot, The inside looks great. We picked the upper level choice of three. I like that you can tip at the register. Some car washes charge me four a full size SUV Platinum does not. The prices are reasonable, I will no longer wax my cars at home. read more

Made a appointment to do a deluxe detail at 9 30 on sunday, today. Place was closed. Makes sense cause the weather but i wasn't aware nor made aware of. Now i get to sit in my dirty ass car for longer with no way to make a new appointment till tommorow. Thanks for wasting my time auto spa! They returned it with his cash and credit card still in it. Such nice hard workers and they even got a stain out of a carpet that no one other detailing company bothered to try. I had been kept waiting in the parking lot for over 20 minutes after the time they told me to be there. When it was ready they started asking me about a tip. I don't appreciate that and I declined (initially). About a week later, I had to check my spare tire for a pending sale of the car and found about 1-2" of standing water (clear) in the wheel well. I called and they said it happens and its usually a leak in the trunk seal. There was fresh looking mildew under the trunk lid but no sign of long term water leaks. I took the car through a high pressure car wash and no leaks in the trunk or water at the seal....draw your own conclusions. read more

I was so shocked when she called to. complain about the horrible service she got. paid $26 only to have only the outside of the car washed,they refused wipe down the interior or even vacuum the floor. I have a black car..brought to this car wash with no scratch marks on my driver side door.. Next day I noticed scratch Mark's thru the paint that was not the before..Tried to talk to manager he had every excuse in the book..like they stand up to wash the cars...impossible when the lower part of the car had to be washed unless the person washing was a midget...now that has to be repaired by me...just a warning look over your car before you leave..dont trust that it will look the same without scratches before you brought it to be washed..the reason for a hand car wash is to leave with deep scratches. read more

I dropped my car off to get washed, when I came back to pick up. My weather mats were missing. They put my mats in another car. Long story short, they ended up and by they I mean the guys there because they did not want to call the manager/owner as much as I told them. They ended up paying me but 3 days later. Also, the day of, the guy there raised his voice at me because I didn't want to receive $100 as if weather mats cost $100. Crazy! One of the guys had anger issues (the one that raised his voice at me) because I can see him inside hitting the counter as he was talking to the other guy and then the way he raised his voice at me, etc. I don't know who is the owner or manager but they really need to do a better job! Not a good look at all for this business, super unprofessional. On top of that, the other guy says "oh I'm sorry he's just mad because this happened earlier" so basically they had misplaced someone else's mats. Smh. Just horrible... read more
