A call to Roto Rooter in the middle of the afternoon had Jerimiah and Chris come to the house to determine the next steps. They arranged to have the team of Edgar, Nathanial, and Roberto at the house in the morning and in one day they had solved the problem. Much thanks to the dispatch team and all the team members that helped us out. We are very grateful for your excellent service and customer service. I highly recommend Roto Rooter for any of your plumbing needs.

When the Roto-Rooter supervisor came out that evening he gave me a whole song and dance about how they would work with insurance, it would be fully covered, etc. while providing me with quite a large range of estimate. At certain points he even said he was quoting "high" so it would help the coverage. The final invoice ended up being so dramatically higher than what my insurance company and their independent third-party reviewer determined was reasonable and customary for the work performed that they could not come to an agreement. Even after revisions, there remained a significant dispute regarding pricing and scope which I am responsible for. Throughout this process, I was caught in the middle between Roto-Rooter and Nationwide/Accuserve, despite having no meaningful involvement in directing the mitigation scope, equipment usage, or pricing decisions during the emergency response itself. Communication from Roto-Rooter throughout the billing process was inconsistent and contradictory. I received multiple notices threatening collections activity, liens, and a Notice to Owner while the invoice was still actively under review and while the insurance company was in the process of issuing payment for the undisputed amount. This created a tremendous amount of unnecessary stress during an already difficult home restoration process. My advice to anyone using emergency mitigation services is: - Don't use this company - Ask detailed questions about billing and insurance negotiations upfront especially as RotoRooter is known to "overcharge" insurance and when they don't pay make it the liability of the homeowner - Request itemized documentation early - Understand exactly what you are signing regarding payment responsibility - Be prepared for potential disputes between mitigation vendors and insurance reviewers I understand emergency mitigation work is expensive and time-sensitive, but I do not believe homeowners should be placed in the middle of prolonged billing disputes between vendors and insurers while simultaneously facing threats of collections or liens before the insurance review process has fully concluded. The only bright spot were the technicians who actually did the work were professional, responsive, and seemed to know what they were doing.

First with homeowners insurance and then 5 years ago when I started my business, I went to them and they got me the best deal I believe I could find. I have a special kind of business that most insurance companies won't touch but Mike and his team worked till I got all the coverage I needed. Something I really appreciate is that I feel like I am in good hands and I trust Integrity. Mike only offers me what I need and doesn't try to sell me extra things I don't. He explains the policies fully in terms I can understand and always answers my questions promptly. Definitely recommend and I have.

As you are holding the hole down and your husband is going to shut off the main water line, you're thinking ahead and wondering what hell you just got yourself into. You call your usual plumbing service and to your dismay, they say that they'll send out your info and *hopefully* someone will be able to come and help you...which never happened. You call Roto Rooters and INSTANTLY you are told that someone will come by within half an hour to look and provide an estimate. *open wide eyes* WOW. Indeed, a supervisor came by, looked at the issue and told us that he'd contact someone who would get in touch with us. In comes CODY, calling us a little after 12am and letting us know that he's on his way! TWELVE AM folks. The sincerity we found in this guy goes above and beyond. He unfortunately didn't have the piece on hand that we needed but he told us a time that he'd be by on Monday and HE GOT THE JOB DONE. Let alone, he travelled all the way from Canyon Lake TWICE in a 12 hour period to help us out. We couldn't be more thankful. HOLLER at Roto Rooters & ESPECIALLY CODY if you need something fixed. If we ever need services in the future, we found our company!

The first was a local plumbing company (Call George - which didn't do a bad job but helped diagnose the softener issues about a week ago) The second company (original installers - ONIT Water) came today to inspect it and what a nightmare they've been. Never EVER would i recommend them, even to my worst enemy. After coming home from work (I work outside in the heat) ONIT not only left our water off but the shutoff cap was off and tool still laying on the ground. I look up 24 hour emergency plumbers and Roto Rooter pops up. I call them and they hook us up with Josh. Poor Josh comes in around 8:30pm super informative about everything and kind. Not only was he not judgmental about our utter lack in plumbing knowledge but super informative on various questions as well as calming other concerns. (Even checked our pressure, which CG told us was an issue) and showed me how to turn the water off and on. Thank you to Josh and his quickness and kindness. I'm glad he also got a new tool out of it too (lol) We'll definitely be using Roto or Josh to help with a third opinion and hopefully resolving some of these issues in the future. I can finally relax after this week long escapade knowing that there's someone super reliable to help!

I ended up firing them halfway through because of the dishonesty and condescending behavior of almost everyone in the company. First, was the walk through for the initial damage. Multiple areas of damage from the flood were missed (closets, ceilings, other half of stair banister, paint damage, all closet built ins damaged etc..). Even when asked to add to the list, it was ignored or lied about and said that my adjuster denied it. I know this to be true because after firing this company my adjuster personally came out, saw the damage, included it in his estimate and covered it directly. Second, the workmanship was poor. The banister was removed and instead of sanding down the chipped areas, they were just painted over. The chipping can be seen easily and I even cut my finger where debris was just painted over. The entire ceiling (as quoted) was not painted. Obvious squares around returns/vents/speakers were different colors. When questioned, I was told that I was looking too closely. The reassembly of the banister to the walls is horribly done with different color paste. The railing of the banister (not on the job list) was wiped down with a tarnish that left it sticky so the original varnish was removed and changed the color of the railing. The caulking job was so bad on the baseboards that there were huge gaps and globs on them (this was eventually fixed). Their taping job ripped wallpaper off of my wall in multiple places, tape on my fan left spots where the paint was pealed off when removed, left a few dents in my walls where they were working, and cracked the stair railing mount plate. They refused to cover the wallpaper damage and offered me $40 for the railing mount to include parts and labor. Third, they were very rude in EVERY dealing with them. During the blue tape walk through, I was told that all of the damages are just a part of the risk of having work done - and nothing was done about them. When I told them what color to paint the trim and banister was told that "Women don't know what they want" and they argued rudely about it till they finally did what I asked. I have dealt with many construction companies and I can say without a doubt this has been the worst experience I've ever had. I would run from them if your insurance assigns them to your job.
