However, I sent the company several photos and asked specific questions about issues such as the gutter hanging unusually low, exposed screws protruding near the front door, and holes in the back side of the gutter. The responses I received were delayed by several days and consisted essentially of one-word replies: "yes." There was no meaningful explanation, inspection, or effort to address my concerns. More importantly, the installation looked poor aesthetically--like it had been rushed or simply "thrown up there." The gutter sat so low and looked so unfinished that I chose not to have Century Rain Gutters return to install gutters on the front of my house and today I feel a negative review is validated. (Armando and his son, who are excellent by the way (760) 802-8458 ) had to put in extra work to correct the prior installation, including fixing aesthetic issues, lifting the gutter, and properly connecting it.
