They were highly recommended so I reached out to get a quote. This experience was all new to me I had no idea what I was doing, but they were very kind and walked me through the process. The lady I spoke with was very respectful and answered all my questions. They sent someone down to get me a quote, which happened quickly and effectively. Their quote was more affordable than what I was expecting. A few weeks later I had my shower redone and it looks BEAUTIFUL! The gentleman who came out was very nice, professional and the verbal quote he provided seemed reasonable for the work. He told us he would go back to the office and we would receive a written quote by email shortly. Several weeks later and we had still not received the emailed quote. (about 3-4 weeks) I called and spoke with someone who told me the paperwork was likely in a pile. They had been closed for vacation early July but someone would call me back later that day and update me on the status of the quote. It's now September and we have yet to get the call back and have still not received the quote. Very disappointing as we had planned on going with them. Customer service does not appear to be a priority and I wonder how they would have responded if we had an issue after installation.

We were told the panel needed replacement, but the estimator was unable to obtain a replacement panel as they were no longer being manufactured. They removed the panel, repaired the damage, and rehung the panel with precision and at a reasonable cost. The workers were efficient and very helpful and cleaned the site. I called Bill Lizotte Architectural Glass, and they told me I could drop the frame off in the morning, and that they would have it ready for me within the day! The woman I spoke with was so helpful and even called me to let me know how much it would cost before doing the work. Then they called 2 hours later to let me know the glass was ready! And it only cost $30! Im so glad to see that wonderful, old school customer service still exists! I highly recommend this company, and will be taking all of my future glass needs to them.

I was feely mighty ambitious and thrifty when I called Krystal Glass to ask for a consultation regarding a big mirror project at my new dance studio. Jimmy made time to meet me at one location and to accompany me to two more nearby locations on the same visit. Together, we checked out several used 6 x 8 mirrors at a nearby gym, looked at a few other mirrors I had in storage, and did a recon trip of the mirrors' final destination. Along the way, Jimmy provided the information that I needed about the correct tools for moving and installing the mirrors myself with a friend. (I should have brought two friends and insisted upon paying them). He also consulted with me, my contractor friend and the building GC about the best way to build secure and attractive frames for the mirrors. After we completed the framing and moved a couple of the mirrors on our own, I wound up asking Jimmy to help procure, move and install the rest of the mirrors onto the frames. Jimmy and his team handled my many requests promptly, with kindness, patience and professionalism. I will be back with any and all of my glass needs and I will also be providing referrals. Had an excellent experience here recently…read more My husband replaced my wiper blades on my SUV & accidentally put a crack in my windshield that rapidly spread, so it couldn't be filled. I called here on the recommendation of my car dealership. The person answering the phone was very courteous & accurate on het quote & timeframe to get it replaced. She was even more friendly in person when I showed up for installation. Installation was done promptly when I arrived. Car was left clean and I've had no issues with the replacement and it's been nearly a month. The waiting area was small, but comfortable. Place was clean. Price was fair. I would come here again if I needed to replace glass on my car again.

I don't like writing negative reviews, but this is the experience I had at Anawan Glass…read more I needed to get my windshield replaced and had a concern about how the glass was seated on my car after the work was done. I was told to return and was immediately berated by the owner who told me there was nothing wrong with it. He made a point to willfully ignore the spots where I had issues, instead pointing to places on the car that weren't even the windshield. He was very confrontational and made one of his employees carry a windshield out to show me "that's how they come." He also yelled that he'd "get the hose and give me $1000 if any water got in," while showing me his wallet. Basically, if you have other options, don't give this place your business. I wasted my time getting yelled at by some guy who thinks my concerns are invalid because he's "been doing this for 30 years." After 30 years of replacing windshields, you'd think the work would be pristine or there'd be some pride here from the owner. Don't waste your time here. I had to get the windshield replaced again by another company and they were surprised at how poorly the windshield had been installed on my car by Anawan Glass. They said it was overhanging at the bottom because they seated it far too low at the top. Now my windshield wipers work perfectly and there is much less wind noise on the highway. Call up Safelite in Raynham. They'll just come to your house and get it done correctly
