The worst service I ever had. Jason was late 1.5 hours and when he finally arrived he did a lousy job. I pointed out areas needing to be cleaned. He cleaned half of them, left windows dirty and didn't even put my garden hose back properly. He failed to clean around my mailbox which I told him about twice. Jason was great at communication-both via yelp and text, very professional and easy going, reasonably priced and did a great job of power washing our concrete yard and front sidewalk. The difference is amazing- the photos should show it. High pressure and gas fired means he can get to places not near electrical outlets that are hard to reach. If I could give you zero stars I would. Not Impressed and quite surprised by the reviews here. I selected Superior because of all of the positive reviews and can't say my experience was anything like anyone's but Rachel S. and Naum K. We had our house pressure washed because we were painting and expected them to show up with a commercial pressure washer but they showed up with a small generator style that you can buy, or rent, at any home improvement store with NO LADDERS (I told them I had a two story house with decks when I made the appt.). The guy was done in about 2 hours, asked for extra cash under the table to clean something that should've been cleaned given that it is a part of the house, and the fact I told them I wanted it cleaned when I made the appointment so you'd think it would just be included in the original price - do you have to charge cash under the table and give us some lame excuse about your boss? Our painter ended up spending the first day doing nothing but cleaning the cob webs from around the windows, the soffits and facia boards, and the decks (which weren't cleaned at all, nor was any part of the house he couldn't reach from the ground for that matter) so we basically paid for something we could've done with a high pressure hose - and we are not a Groupon customer either, we paid 'full price'. On top of this we also had to clean the chemical streaks off the windows (the high ones of course). Every time I go outside I see something that obviously wasn't touched. We also had appointment issues like someone else mentioned. I came from a part of the Country where you have to have your house pressure washed every year and people use hard core machinery and do a great job because they have repeat customers every year. I definitely will be looking elsewhere next time. I feel cheated out of my money. read more

I called San Jose pressure washing and was quoted $250 over the phone to pressure wash my 2600 sq ft home and pool deck area. I Scheduled two months prior and agrees on a 10am schedule. I called two days before to confirm, due to a yelp review stating he forgot an appointment. He said that he would have to push the time back to 12pm. Well this was ok , but why didn't he call me and tell me that? When he showed up, he looked around the property and said that it would cost $400 to do the house, the wall that's attached to the house ( goes around the property) and the tile decking and pool deck (aggregate). Although I though this was a high price I thought if he did a good job he would be worth it. Well a huge job like this he started working at 12:20 ish, and was done by 2:30-2:45. He was rushed didn't take his time and it was obvious in his work, the tile by the front door is still dirty, there is moss still growing in patches that were missed on the deck in the back yard in multiple areas. The reason we pressure washed was because we were painting the outside, and I still had to wipe down cob webs around the window frame before painting. When he told me he was done, I pointed out that he didn't finish- so he pulled his equipment back out to complete spraying the wall. So I think, over all he is ok at pressure washing, just don't understand why he wouldn't take his time and get it done right so he will have a returning customer. I believe I over paid, and got half ass job wont be using again. read more

Superior turned our 1980's sidewalks at our 60 unit condo complex into a beautiful clean and inviting place to live. Superior has also been cleaning our garbage areas along with our breezeways. I love being able to throw my trash away without getting bombarded with flies and disgusting smells. I am also very appreciative of the breezeway cleaning because I am deathly scared of spiders and there are a ton by all the lights. I am updating my review to a higher number of stars because I was impressed with Amy's efforts to resolve an issue I had related to deck staining and not pressure washing. I think the problems that I encountered will not happen again to anyone else so I feel confident in recommending SPW again. First off let me say, I usually don't write reviews,but feel it's important to let other know about this company. Robert is a total con artist. I hired him to clean gutters and seal seams. His way of clean is throwing everything over the side,with no clean up. Second he said he didn't have sealant with him and he would come back. Well that never happen,untill I didn't pay him,then it took him over a month to come back and seal seams, still the gutters are leaking. My suggestion, move on to next guy. Jason Roberts did a great job for us with his pressure washing service. I organized a corporate event outdoors at the Circle of Palms in San Jose, which requires pressure washing post event. Jason service did a great job. The San Jose event manager said it was even cleaner than when we started. Even all the wine spills were gone! No one showed up for the first appointment. After calling several times, they showed up for the second appointment 4 hours early. By the time i got back home they finished cleaning the gutters for my 2 storey home in 30 mins. worst service and terrible job in cleaning.
