As expected, I dropped it off from them to look at to determine what was wrong with the transmission. Later that deal, the service department reached out to me and said that the transmission needed to be replaced and they quoted me the price of $9,300 over the phone for a new transmission. I was frusted with the price that they had quoted and when I asked them about the possibility of putting a used or rebuilt transmission in the car, they told me that they do not bother with putting in used or rebuilt transmission and that I should either pay for a new one to be put in, or buy a new car. At that point, I informed them that I would be in later that day to pick up my Jeep as a I wanted to get a second opinion. (I opted to do so because they would not tell me specifically what the issue was with the transmission. When I inquired, they told me that they would have to take it apart to determine the exact issue and it wasn't worth the time do so, I was a bit annoyed...I wanted to know the reason behind why I needed a new transmission). So, when I arrived to pick up my car and pay the fee for them to look at it, I asked again for an explanation as to how they determined I needed the transmission and have the technician explain their determination, I was told that the tech had left for the day and their notes simply stated i needed a new transmission. At this point, the service department again mentioned that i should replace it or buy a new car. At this point, I made the mistake of asking, well, what are my options for a newer car if I decide to go that route. It was at this point they brought the sales manager over, and they tried pushing a 2024 Jeep Compass on me and having me make the purchase that night. I wasn't in the position that night to make such a major financial decision without first exploring my options. I was beyond frustrated by that experience and to be honest, I have no interest in buying another Jeep after all the issues I've had with my current Jeep. So, after leaving Adams that night, I called around other repair shops to see if someone else could give me a solid answer as to what was wrong with it. After taking it to another far more reputable shop recommended by friends and coworkers, I was able to get a clear explanation as to what was wrong, and I was able to get the work done for a much better price than what they quoted me. I will say, after this experience, I will never be returning to this dealership to have any work done on my vehicle and I will never buy a car from them. I would highly recommend that people avoid this dealership.

When I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly and courteous staff, including the owner, who is extremely accommodating and super friendly. They got me in right away, and were very knowledgeable and took time to listen while I showed them what I wanted done and than explained the process of what they would be doing to repair my vehicle very clearly. My truck is black and also had several noticeable scratches in various places, which really bothered me. I pointed out all of the scratches and asked if they could do the paint work and if so, to please let me know when I could bring my truck back to get the work done. They agreed. After that I decided to wait for the repairs to be finished, which I assumed wouldn't take more than a couple of hours at the most; but I was pleasantly surprised when my truck was done within just a little more than an hour! They brought it up looking fantastic! It had been washed and they even cleaned and polished my tires! Everything looked great and I was really happy with the work. But, upon closer inspection I was absolutely shocked and ecstatic when I realized that in addition to removing ALL the door dings (about 7 or 8-some in the worst possible places, which I've been told may be very hard to remove), and doing and excellent job on all of those, they also touched up ALL of the paint and those scratches that had been bothering me so much...GONE! All of them! I couldn't believe it! My truck looks AMAZING and I honestly couldn't be happier! Ive read some of the negative reviews posted about this business, and based on my experience nothing is further from the truth. I have had nothing but a positive experience here. I would definitely recommend Auto Showcase to anyone and everyone in the market for a new car or truck and/or excellent service/repairs or body work. The dealership is beautiful, the staff/management and owner are extremely friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The pricing is more than fair, and by comparison is right in line, if not better than what's being offered in the current local market at other dealerships. I also felt very comfortable and safe waiting there. It was just a good vibes type of environment! They seem to have a really well stocked line up of beautiful vehicles too. And, from what I could see, their diverse inventory includes all kinds of great cars and trucks at various price points to choose from. I can also assure you that they not only offer, but ACTUALLY PROVIDE and guarantee, top notch, excellent service and repairs and truly went above and beyond for me yesterday. I am extremely happy and very grateful! Thank you Auto Showcase for not only doing such a great job on my truck, but for also making this such a great experience too!     Purchased a used Cadillac ATS and found the trans seal needed replaced . poor customer service no…read moreurgency by dealership to repair issue that fell under 1k miles 30 day warranty . Repair was completed but had further problems with seal leaking . I took the car to another repair shop and mechanic identified seal was never replaced . Go to Jones junction only 1/2 mile away from this showcase showroom . Jones Junction high integrity and exceptional customer service!

They go the extra mile to keep their customers happy! We have purchased 5 cars from them and recommend several others to buy from them. We always return to them for regular service, it's worth the drive! All those who work there show they care. Our service advisor, Kenneth Hooper, is just a phone call away to help. When there for service he provides updates on the vehicle. This is in addition to the display showing progress of every car being serviced located in the comfortable waiting room. Each visit there is a pleasant experience! I highly recommend this business!!!

    After performing a serpentine belt replacement and a recall fix on my Elantra the Jones Hyundai…read moremechanic left a small (3 inch?) screwdriver standing vertically inside a hollow of the battery so that when he closed the car hood the screwdriver punctured a hole in the battery. I discovered this today when I took my car to have the oil changed. Standing with the mechanic as he opened the hood I saw something that looked like a small pen sticking out of the battery. He explained what it was and that he couldn't do anything to fix it without replacing the battery. Not only was this dangerous (leaking battery acid), but Jones Hyundai service manager and his boss insist that replacing the battery for free meant they didn't owe me a refund for faulty service that was a danger to me (I've been driving around in a car that has been leaking battery acid) and has caused me to lose a day of work. As I explained to the rude service manager and his rude boss as they stood over me, I refuse to pay for a poorly performed service. If they wish to charge me for the part, I'm in agreement, but I want a credit for the labor. We'll see...the charge has been disputed.
