I scheduled pest control services with them on multiple occasions, including on 05/18/2025 and 05/24/2025 your technicians failed to show up as agreed, and no one from your company made any effort to inform me of a delay or cancellation. My entire family rearranged our schedules and stayed home specifically to accommodate your appointments, only to be repeatedly left waiting without explanation. We paid for service and we have warranty but this company broke the contract. Don't trust them. read more

I called about a water bug sighting in my basement and they fit me in that afternoon for extermination!!! Sean who came was very professional giving me his assessment of my house along the way. Not only did he spray, he set up traps for monitoring as well as put powder down drain areas in basement. The entire inside and outside was exterminated with care. He even found an ant infestation in my front yard which he took care of. They offer a yearly plan which is something to definately take advantage of. They come every three months no matter what and you can call them unlimited times in between for services if you see something. Pricing is very resonable. Highly recommend. read more

This company totally took advantage of me. Very dishonest and unprofessional work and office staff. The owner Mike Orlino doesn't care about customer satisfaction and refused to reimburse for damage his company did to a home. The work was also ineffective in getting rid of squirrels. They used an old metal makeshift wire tube that allowed squirrels to go in and out! Totally ridiculous! In one instant a squirrel trying to get out was caught and screaming and they never answered any emails or calls. I've added a picture of the work they did where anyone can see how they indiscriminately made holes with screws into the gutter to secure this useless tube. The owner said it was normal an acceptable work and would caulk the holes! Are you kidding me!!This further goes to show the leadership at this company is clueless to quality work and customer care. I had to hire another company after paying this company $350 and now having $750 in damage to rectify the problem they were hired to do. The new company was so professional with the work and customer service. They used straps to secure the mechanism and they were shocked to see a company would have done what they did. The roofing repair company who gave the estimate to fix the damage they did was also besides themselves to understand how any professional company would find this acceptable work that they did. He has lied repeatedly about sending the refund and its been 2 months and one week since this happened. He also threatens to sue me for writing about my experience and then goes on to say online that I was never a customer since I'm not the homeowner only the one who called him, set up the service, met the workers at the house, complained in 20+ emails and calls to him and handed his worker the money! Really!! The last call I had with him(he never called to apologize by the way only in emails he originally said he would refund and reimburse) he said he would think about putting in an insurance claim because $750 was a lot of money. YES IT IS!! And you caused the damage and have refused to pay for the the repairs! Crazy how a business like this stays in business but I'm doing my best to make people aware of this horrible experience. It's very traumatic to find a mouse in the house! But Mike at superior put us at ease. He scheduled an appointment right away, explained all of options and executed a plan to get rid of the mice in the most humane way possible. I highly recommend superior because they really care about how traumatized you are when something like this happens and quickly responded . I made the call to them at around 3:30pm on that Friday afternoon, and Superior was at my home the next day at 12pm. Since then, there hasn't been anything they couldn't do for us.
