This is an inconsistent bar and should be avoided. The service staff is complacent and the bar is overpriced. When you arrive at the bar at 8:20 to catch the sunset at the bartender sighs at you and practically yells At You "Last Call"! You know your not wanted there! And when management doesn't correct this behavior. Service has gone down the drain. Management never addressed my concerns after an email. Boca Lupa, Florida Tap House and Oak and Stone just as close, beer is cheaper! Try Those bars and avoid this one! read more

This is only my first time here and I love it already! My husband & I are Braves fans so we decided to make the trip down from Bradenton to grab some merch & check out the tiki bar. It's so nice to enjoy the stadium without tons on ppl in the way of the views. And the staff are so friendly. Big thanks to Carlos, Tanya, Jordie & Paige for making us feel so welcomed! The margarita buckets are yummy & they have a sunset happy hour from 7-9 where you get a 22oz beer & hotdog for 5 bucks! Can't beat that. Food is excellent at least what I've had. Friday was first time I went alone went into gift shop first where a very kind lady working there noticed I was shaking & weary It had been a day & it was still afternoon She suggested I sit down or even better go upstairs to the Tiki bar have something to eat and drink Okay thanks Good idea you're right I shouldn't be driving in the nightmare of traffic we've got here now I sat by the counter as I didn't want to take up an entire table all by myself. Well besides waiting for too long to get asked what I'd like & a menu. Waitress needs some training in empathy, courtesy & kindness You've no idea what burdens people are carrying. Ordered Modelo... not what I'm used to my Dad getting this was yellow water not dark beer! I tried explaining it to her after I had to wave her back which each time I did the response was I'll be right there Never got to tell her She was caring more about the regulars & people she knew than paying attention to me. Actually tried to accuse me in that wind tunnel of taking the piece of garbage salt shaker! As if. Even the gentleman sitting to my right on the other corner was shaking his head. I asked for a Yuengling after that but I had to wave her down again. I had the turkey sandwich which is good but I can't have the fries due to my allergies they cross contaminate the food in the same fryer. She needs a huge lesson that's for certain in diplomacy & all customers are not equal. Especially new faces should be welcomed. Drunks cut off & very loud people quited. Period. Pay attention. I'm sorry I didn't just leave an upside down penny as a tip. I'm too kindhearted & was too worn out so I actually stupidly walked cash over to her. I love their taco plate. Too big for one person. I will think twice before returning though. I wish there was a better selection of dark beer. It's a ballpark not enough options especially if you're not a Budweiser person. I like Guinness. But that's all besides the point. Train your staff to actually care about the paying customers. I saw her down at the other end talking to another worker pointing at me as well . She had no problem chatting with the hyena sitting near me whom she obviously knew but passed me by without asking if I needed anything each time until It was time to pay! Got an appetizer and my hubby got a beer just for a happy hour. Pretty cool to see the stadium, but it is pricey.

I was really looking forward to sitting by the ball field. As we sat down the table next to us had an issue, same server. I ignored it and carried on with our potential lunch. Party of 5, we ordered water and 2 alcoholic drinks. Server, Jordy, brings out bottled water without telling us prior that they only serve bottled water. She also brought a bucket margarita, not what I ordered. I am aware things are more costly at a ballpark environment but this was shady. Then the "margarita" had zero alcohol in it. If you advertise yourself as a "sports bar" you should have more games then "local game's" or local channels! We saw people walk away because they didn't have the other games on. Food was good, and drinks were great! I got the impression the bartender was a little annoyed by our questions. Overall, I'd come back to give it another try. Great location. Good food. Friendly service. Love the atmosphere. One big problem..... almost nobody wearing masks. Wait staff not wearing masks. Bar tenders not wearing masks. Majority of customers walking in and around with no mask. I get this is Trump territory, but there is a pandemic that is getting much worse. Wake up management. Do the right thing. protect your staff and your customers. The food is delivered by staff with masks. I asked why they were the only ones and she said that is what is required. Cooks and food to the table only. Me thinks they have it backwards. Wow! The wings were tasty. The fries were great! The tables are far apart. It is outdoors. We went to see a local band that consists of neighbors. The band was good, the view super nice....but the drinks were disappointing and expensive!! I got a 32oz drink which was $18 and had zero alcohol. Don't expect to get a buzz or get out without paying way too much! Many of the neighbors who also went will not return. The one star is since about 4/1/22. Before that the venue was neat, food was good, service ok and the trivia on Thursdays was great. Now all you can say is the venue is neat and the trivia with Keith is great. We paid $26. for two burgers and fries that were both cold. A server complained that the burgers are cooked earlier in the day and kept in a warming tray. The bread was so stale it crumbled in our hand. Servers apparently hate it because few people will now order food. EAT BEFORE YOU GO if you go for trivia. Management clearly does not want our business. read more

The music at this venue is fantastic, however the singer is in the bright sun & if facing the group you're staring at the sun going down. The drinks are expensive as is the food which takes up to an hour after ordering. I've been overcharged, charged for other people's order and there is so little help you can't get anyone's attention. We went many times in previous years, haven't been and don't plan on returning. We live in walking distance. read more
