I took my car in to have an oil leak repaired , biggest mistake of my life ! My car was in perfectly good running condition with thee exception of the oil leak . I know have a hard rattling noise and my car makes a putt putt noise oh and let me not forget to mention that my battery & brake light won't go fr at all now !! And the only thing they keep telling me is they did not do it when YES they did !!! So me and my three friends had just pulled into the parking lot just to adjust a few things in the car. So I back up and the Indian guy who works there backed out in front of me then doesn't look behind him self and backs into my car. Then he processed to get out the car come up to my window and wants to insult me and my friends when he clearly did not look over his shoulder before he went into reverse. Then he kept saying can't you see the shops closed what did you think the door would just magically open up for you and we would just fix your car. He was just being rude for no reason even when he was in the wrong and wanted to insult me and my friends. After that experience I will NEVER COME TO THIS SHOP. This is the worst shop in all of California. I will not only never suggest this shop to anyone, but I will go out of my way to warn people. Worst customer service I have ever received anywhere! I took a car there for a brake and light check and a smog check. After happily taking my money upfront, and the very slow service, they told me I needed to replace a cracked lens(tiny crack), and then come back for the certificate. After finally finding the lens myself(they were no help), I go back in and they tell me they are too busy to print out my certificate, and to come back later. Too busy to print out a piece of paper for an already paid customer!?!?!?! Who does that?!?! this shop does.. so if you value your time and/or money.. don't waste it on this place. read more

This place was recommmended by a friend when I needed my car fixed and surely it has been the a place where I can have peace of mind after my car is fixed or smogged even if now I live in the South Bay area...the trip there is worth it. I've been trying to get a sensor changed out on my g37 for weeks and no one could change it out. I've been to exhaust shops and import shops. Nobody could get it out. I mean NOOOOOOBODY. So I said ill take it down to my mechanics and see what they say. Plus I had to get my smog done as well. Of course they had me on the lift in no time. It took alot but they got the old sensor out and my new one put on and got me smogged all for a GREAT PRICE. I will continue to bring my vehicles here. read more

First off, let me just say that I am so skeptical about shops, and I don't trust any of them. I always think that I'm getting ripped off, it's just hard to find honest shops now-a-days. I was referred to Juan and Superior Smog & Tune from an employee at Autozone, I called them and asked if they knew a good smog shop and they referred me to Superior Smog & Tune. I had so many questions and I didn't know where to start so I began calling them talking with Juan each time he was so patient in answering all my questions, but I still wasn't convinced. I decided to go there with my husband. My husbands car had failed the Smog and my car was in need of a Smog. But before doing a Smog we wanted to have a tune up on both cars first. We wanted to go with the least expensive way so we bought the parts and Superior did the labor, and they did a great job, we wanted to have the Smog done on each car right after each car had the tune up, now this is where Juan is amazing at what he does and an HONEST man with his work, he could have easily did the Smog on both of our cars and failed us easy but he didn't, he tested the cars first and offered my husband a cleaner and to drive his car a little more and bring back to be tested. My husband took his car to another shop prior to coming to Superior Smog, they ran the Smog on my husbands car knowing he would fail, the Smog failed and they quoted him approx $1400 to fix, clearly we don't have tht so tht was not an option for us, anyhoo Juan did not need to offer a cleaner for my husbands car, and to drive it and bring it back almost daily for testing. Same thing with my car, he knew my car wouldn't pass the Smog so he also tested my car daily always keeping us in the loop of things and basically telling us to be patient with the process, finally he tested my car today and he said it's ready!! My car passed the Smog TG!! My husbands car is still going through testing but with Juan and Superior Smog I know we're in good hands!! I really really appreciate Juan for being HONEST and working with us almost daily, he never had to do that he could of ran the Smog on both cars charged us and charged us for any and all repairs associated with the failed diagnostic. Thank you Juan for not doing that, thanks for being HONEST!! I recommend him to everyone, if you want a true HONEST mechanic that won't take advantage of you then he's your man!! Thank you Juan!!
