I got there and keep in mind this is my first time doing the smog check on my car, so I go up to the worker and ask him what it works. He seemed so annoyed of me asking him two questions and proceeded to ignore me. Then he tells me that to wait because there are two cars in front of me. I was here for a smog check in 2016 through Groupon and had a great experience. I had to do another smog check this year so naturally I wanted to bring my business back to them. I called to make an appointment as recommended. A man with a very strong accent answered (did not provide their name). I asked for available times an he seemed rushed and like I was wasting his time. He told me that "he was busy" and he hung up on me before I could confirm a time. I called back again and he brushed me off and told me he had to go. Finally, I called a third time and asked him why was he being so rude and he said he did not have time. I told him that was part of his job but he didn't seem to agree. Anyways, not that it matters but they lost a repeat customer and I am going to make sure none of my friends or family go there. I found this place from a $21 Groupon and it did not disappoint! You do not need an appointment, just come within business hours. The man was super nice and quick, the smog test took less than 10 minutes. I appreciate that he told me that my car had recall on a part that the manufacturer would cover at my local dealership. I paid an additional $10 to cover the DMV certificate ($8) and the electronic transfer to the DMV ($2).
