I found this " vegetable and tofu" roll the most bland I've had. No herb, sauce , crunch.... I am a fresh roll lover, so a little discerning, but this was truly flavorless. Tofu, rice noodles, leaf lettuce and rice paper. Thats it. Like eating a carrier for too little peanut sauce. The pho was filling and came with a plate of bean sprouts referred to as "the vegetables" . The Vietnamese coffee was tasty but presentation awkward. It came as Condensed milk in a cup with a pour- over atop this and the separate glass of ice. I'm no expert in this ritual but I am accustomed to having the milk cold in the ice and the brewed coffee in a spouted vessel for easy pouring into the iced milk. Here we had to mix the brewed coffee, then add it dribbling and spilling to the ice. No big deal but awkward. It tasted good. The prices were reasonable and parking a lot shared with the strip mall . Not within the restaurant's control , but in circling for a spot around one lane, I was nearly backed into by not 2 not 3 but 4 cars. I think I recall a cannabis shop being in the mall or nearby. This may explain that. The service was friendly throughout. The place was empty but the time was odd. I don't think we'd return based upon the fresh rolls alone.

For those who got ones that lacked flavor...Probably got tofu flavored. Black garlic tonkotsu here is rich. They might serve a bigger menu if you go earlier. Later at night seems to be smaller. I've been going here every-time I drop into Bellingham. The night owl's ramen shop. -being a bigger guy though comfier chairs would be nice, but probably keeps people from staying too long lol. Tonight I Had my sister pick up our order that I placed over the phone for 3 tonkatsu ramens (2 black garlic). Been our favorite dish there for a long time and always loved it. After she got home with the order we realized that there was absolutely no chasu (pork) in any of our 3 dishes. I called the store, and asked them about it and they offered an 8$ refund or extras for next time we came in. We live 30 minutes away. Not exactly like we could easily come back and get the pork or a re-fire of the dish, but that wasn't even offered to us. In their website, they charge 3.5$ for extra chasu. So they didn't even offer us the amount they charge for the protein. After discussing this I called them back to try and explain the frustration we had with this and was entirely dismissed by their manager. When I told her they charge 3.5$ for additional pork she didn't even know the cost, and then offered to give me 11$ refund, because I had received 55$/65$ of food I ordered. I didn't though. I ordered a pork ramen, and didn't receive the primary part of that order. If I wanted a vegetable option I would have picked that. She insisted that there wasn't any other option. Food is good, but if they make it wrong it's not their problem. Terrible customer service. Don't go here.

I was most pleased with the quantity of meat in the dish. They did not skimp on it at all! The flavor was mostly good, very similar yet different from a Panang Curry. However, the entire time I was eating, it felt like it was missing something, like it just needed one or two more spices. Overall, it wasn't bad, it was good, just not great. Though this was a to go order, I still had a great interaction with the staff. They were all smiles and very friendly. The overall ambiance of the restaurant was clean and neat. Plenty of seating and plenty of table were filled! This is a restaurant that I will give another chance and try something else next time as their menu was very unique and different from a normal Thai restaurant.

The best combination! I hope Panera returns to what they were popular for in the past. Sad to see the decline in their food.

I wanted to add more protein so I paid $1.19 extra for egg whites thinking that would be in addition to the "folded scrambled egg" that was already included in the sandwich. I also wanted to add some arugula and tomatoes to bulk up my sandwich, but they were out of stock at this location. My order status in the app said ready for about 5 minutes, but I didn't find it on the shelf. I did eventually spot my order sitting in the service window, but I didn't want to be rude or enter a restricted area to grab it so I sat there awkwardly until the cashier was free. I had ordered a drink as well and had to request my cup because apparently they don't include that in your pick up order. My sandwich came with two tiny slices of ham and the thinnest layer of egg white I've ever seen. No scrambled egg. There was an adequate amount of cheese but the sandwich was mostly bread which I probably should've expected so nice it's Panera bread. Id rather have saved some money on a premade packaged microwaved breakfast sandwich from Starbucks that comes with twice the ingredients. I waited in the line again to request the folded egg and the cashier was very professional and accommodating but breakfast had ended while I was waiting in line, and they had already gotten rid of all the eggs. They did offer me a pastry or some extra meat which I appreciated. There was only one person working the counter so maybe there was a staffing issue today. The experience would've been improved with better staffing especially while they were transitioning from breakfast to lunch. lesson learned: breakfast at Panera is a miss. Also, if you place an order for pickup that includes a self service drink, be aware that you will still need to wait in line to request a cup. So placing a pick up order online isn't a more efficient way of ordering and your food is probably getting cold while you're waiting in line for your cup. The locations ambience was very clean, cool, and bright inside. The back room that used to be a safe was probably 10 degrees cooler than the rest of the restaurant and felt great!
