It took me quite a few months to be able to get my bracelet back from Palace. But along the way Brooke was always available to answer questions. This place really came in clutch when I was in need, and they even loaned me what I actually needed, compared to what they originally offered. The physical gun clearly proves the lie: it has no Gen 4 slide stamp, a tiny up-and-down mag release, and the old finger-groove bubble grip. Management even admitted it's a Gen 3 and claimed they don't even sell Gen 4s, proving their associates actively lie about inventory to upcharge and scam people. When called out, they refused to run the serial number or fix the issue, hiding behind the paperwork they used to trick her. We have no reason to make this up; if we got what we asked for, we would have gone about our lives. They are dishonest scammers--do not shop here!
