Booked a round trip shuttle NYC to Newark. The booking process and the first shuttle experience was great. On the way back it was a nightmare. Had to wait over an hour past the reservation time for the shuttle to show up. I wouldn't normally write a review for a service like this but I had a pretty good experience and was pretty shocked to see all of the negative reviews. I booked online two days before I needed a ride to the airport. I was leaving the Upper Westside and flying out of Newark (EWR) at 7:30am EST. (dumb on my part for booking that early of a flight.) My friends had told me the subway + airtrain (which was not running and I would have to take a bus) would cost me about ~$15 and over an hour to get to, I weighed my options between cab, Uber, and suppershuttle. There is no flat fee to EWR via cab so that was X'd. Uber said $65 + toll - ehh Super Shuttle.com quoted me $25. SOLD I signed up for the text alerts and was reminded the day before and was reminded the day of as to who my driver was and the shuttle number. The driver arrived within my 15 min. window and we were on our way (thankfully I was the last stop). The only weird thing is for my 7:30am flight, the latest I could have been picked up was 4:30am - 4:45am. kind of early but I'll take it. I'd rather be on the safe side. Next time, I'm in NYC and have an early flight I will definitely use Super Shuttle read more

It's sad that there aren't more options for airport transportation in NYC. SuperShuttle is just terrible. The prices aren't low enough to justify the "shared ride" concept. The reservation agents are rude. They pick you up WAY TOO EARLY (4 hours before flight time for a regional flight -- really??). The vans themselves are old, gross, and smell of a middle school locker room. For EWR, can't beat NJ Transit or even a bus from midtown (Coach USA). For LGA, spring for a cab. For JFK - you're SOL. read more

Trouble is, other passengers use it at the same time, like a jitney, and you have to go first to their stops or their pickup places, so you cannot tell in advance how long YOUR trip to or from airport will take. Iffy. read more

I check Yelp reviews for everything else...why oh why did I not check this time? This has got to be my worst Shuttle experience. I have used this service in other cities but so disappointed this time. I arrived in EWR and had to get to Manhattan. I didn't realize that the shuttle services are not so reliable on timings in EWR so called Super Shuttle to make a reservation for pickup. I had to tell the operator a few times where I was and the # of people and she still messed up. I needed a pickup for 2 people and she only entered and charged for 1 even after asking if the second person was under 5 years of age..WTH!?!? The driver said it was not a problem when he arrived and took the two of us but we would have to pay him for the one person not charged. Not a problem - but I have a problem with the price. Couldn't get a straight answer why the operator charged $24 and he charged $20? Hmm, something is very strange indeed... After he picked up the other passengers we were off to Manhattan. Most of the group in the van was staying at the same hotel in Times Square, we were at another one, and two girls were somewhere in Madison Square. You would think he would drop all us TS people at once? Not that simple...he dropped half the group at the Sheraton then had to go down a few streets to my hotel. The last drop should have been in Madison. But no, he goes to Sheraton then drives out to Madison Square and then back to TS. On top of that it was raining and the driver couldn't find his iPhone. So while he was supposed to be focused on driving instead he was rummaging around the floor looking for his iPhone. You can imagine the driving involved :/ A shuttle from hell for sure!! I will NEVER use this service again when I am in NJ/NY..judging from the rest of the reviews I shouldn't have gone with them in the first place. Service from Washington Heights to Newark was a lot smoother than my trip into Manhattan. I received messages for when the shuttle was nearby, though the driver got lost and had to call. The driver also said that he wasn't expecting luggage from me, however I clearly remember indicating luggage on the online reservation system. Honestly, some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have booked them on 3 separate occasions and they NEVER showed up within an hour of the scheduled time. They aren't remorseful and don't give a damn about you either. No one even speaks English, although not that t would make a difference, because they tell you nothing anyway. I used SuperShuttle twice. From Newark, it was good. But from my hotel (to JFK airport) which I was staying in midtown, it was bad. I didn't know the street were close on 31st Dec. I wanted a message. Because I can't use my phone in US ( only wifi). I asked a hotel man to call you and he said "go to the corner of the street". Fortunately I could meet the driver. But .... When I told him why I wasn't on the corner (but on time not late!), his attitude was very bad and said "Everyone knows that streets are close today". Really!? If you are a New Yorker, you know it. Because NY city does the same thing every year. For tourist we don't know about the information. In addition his drive was terrible!! I was scared!! He dropped by gas station. Is it normal? In my country, you have to put the gas in advance. An American woman in the same car complained about it. I think all drivers are not like him. Sorry my English is not good. Still can't get the voice of the guy making baby talk to his girlfriend on the cellphone for an hour out of my head. Bah. Not horrible but definitely frustrating. However, I do have to tell that the source of the frustration were mostly my fellow travelers and not the company. Let me explain. 1) If you pay online, print your confirmation! The driver will have hard time locating your reservation without it. 2) For the love of all that is sacred, once you call the operator that you're ready to be picked up -- STAY AT THE AGREED SPOT!!!! Our driver spent 30 minutes running around looking for people who called in and then walked off the meeting spot. The rest is obvious -- this is cheaper than a taxi but you do depend on other travels to get their sh!t together. Also, if you're the last to be dropped off, it's going to be a looooooong time driving around Manhattan. If you need transportation to JFK - take the NYAS bus instead. I took Super Shuttle in Dallas and the driver sat at the hotel parking lot for over an hour with the van full all but one empty seat. He could have made it to the airport and back to the hotel in the hour he sat at the hotel trying to cram it with that last person! In NYC where I live, it is no better. I've been driven for 2+ HOURS around the city while the van picked up people. Seriously not worth the savings. Take a cab. Take the train. Take a car service. Anything but Super Shuttle! read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. My Girlfriend flew back to LGA from California last night. She made a reservation well in advance, and was very nervous about it because her flight got in at midnight. Sure enough, she got off the plane, called this service and was told it would be 45 minutes before the shuttle arrived. Fine, no big deal. 45 minutes later she called, and was told it would be over an hour. This was at 1 am. When she told them she wanted her reservation cancelled, and her credit card refunded, they said they could not do it because her credit card company was closed or some other BS. Finally she just took a cab. I will bad mouth this service to everyone who will listen. They were rude, unreliable, and completely incompetent. I booked a reservation through Cheaptickets for my flight that came in at 9 pm, assuming that someone would be there waiting. Unfortunately, my "reservation" was only a reservation in the loosest definition of the word. I found out that I would have to wait half an hour for the shuttle to actually get there. (Apparently they only call the driver after you've picked up your luggage and are sitting there waiting.) What's the point of reserving a shuttle service if you have to wait half an hour after you've already arrived? Then, I found out that I had needed to print my voucher. I may have been naive to do it, but I hadn't printed the information out (I had just written out the confirmation number in an attempt to be environmentally conscious. Cheaptickets didn't make it clear that I needed to print a voucher). So they told me I would have to pay the full price to use their shuttle service and then call Cheaptickets for a refund. THEN I found out that the $41 I paid for the transfer didn't include a $5 fare for one of the roads, so the price would be $47. Needless to say, I ended up walking outside and taking a cab. There wasn't a wait and I paid $45. Should have just done that from the start. read more

If I could give zero stars, it would be too generous. I booked a trip to South America, and my departing and arriving flights were going to put me at JFK at around 2:30am, so since I'd had a decent experience with Super Shuttle a few years ago, I thought it would be the best route to go. Wrong! The driver scheduled to pick me up arrived 20 minutes early, repeatedly honking his horn after having called me. I felt rushed, which is not the way I wanted to start my trip. However, I could have dealt with that, except after he dropped off all the other passengers at their terminals, he started hitting on me. So unprofessional, and very uncomfortable! I was told in my confirmation email that a shuttle may not be immediately available when I arrived due to customs, traffic, etc. However, no where did it mention that my wait would be up to 2 hours, which is how long I had to wait after traveling for nearly 24 hours. To say I am upset is a huge understatement. I am very happy that I didnt prepay the tip, because this service is truly sub-par. I'd much rather spend an extra $15 per trip to get a reliable, convenient yellow cab. Update: After a manager read my review on Yelp, I was contacted and told that my post would be given to local management. I was impressed that they took my concerns seriously, and hope that the service improves. Hence, I moved it to a two star rating. Although I was not pleased with the service I received this month, I was impressed by management, and consequently may give them another try going to the airport, but I'll still stick with a taxi for the way back. read more

Terrible service. Waited 45 minutes for pickup from LGA with reservation. When the van finally did pick up we had to wait an additional 30 minutes to pick everyone else up. No one was happy. The van driver told us he had been working since 3am (so going on his 12th hour) which just plain is not safe. Going back to LGA from Manhattan, my pickup time was 8:30-8:45. I was expecting this ride to be a nightmare because of all of the negative reviews on here. I was very pleasantly surprised with great service from Super Shuttle. My flight landed around 11 p.m. at Laguardia. I called on the phones, and my driver was there for me in 5 minutes. He crammed the bus full--no breathing room with every seat full like that. But I settled in for a long ride. Shockingly, he dropped me off first. I stayed near the United Nations, so geographically it made sense for me to get dropped off first. I was thrilled! From pick up to drop off was probably only 15 minutes! Other people on the shuttle were really upset as they'd been waiting hours for a shuttle to get them at the airport... I guess I just got lucky. My advice would be to research it out on the map and if it makes sense for you and you're on a tight budget, then book with SuperShuttle, but only if you know it's a big risk. I was prepared for the worst and they surprised me with great service. I also tipped my driver when I booked online so maybe that helped, I'm not sure. read more

The only reason I'm giving them a star at all is because they refunded the return leg of my reservation without a fight. I'd never used this service before today, but I was looking for a cost effective way to get to Newark from Manhattan. The driver called me at 4:15 AM on the outbound leg to ask if he could pick me up then. My reservation window was 4:45-5:00. I was still asleep at 4:15 AM. Needless to say, we didn't start off on a good foot. Return leg saw me wait 45 minutes at the airport. I finally walked outside and found the van # I knew I was assigned to. The driver verifies I am on his roster, but says he are waiting on more riders. I asked him how much longer we would have to wait and he didn't know. 45 minutes and he still didn't know when dispatch would let us leave?!?! The service is supposed to depart the airport within 15-20 minutes after you check in. I will NEVER use this service again. Walking back to the city would have been faster. read more

I have used SuperShuttle many times, so when a friend had to get from the Upper East Side of Manhattan to Newark for an international flight, I helped her reserve a ride. SuperShuttle calculates the time of the flight and the time of day and assigns a pick-up time. We received a text shortly before her 3 p.m. pickup time informing us that she had been moved to the 4 p.m. slot. I called, because she had to be at the airport at 5:15. No problem, the dispatcher said. She will get there by 5. In rush hour? She and I both knew that was impossible. She refused to provide an earlier ride and to give a reduced or free ride for the 4 p.m. van. I will NEVER recommend this service or use it myself. read more

It was a really bad experience to have to use this service on LaGuardia airport to final district. First, at the airport they told us that it was going to be a 30min wait and it was actually a 50min wait. Second, the shuttle was totally full and finally, the total transportation time was 50min waiting and 2hrs driving. Please avoid this and use a can or subway. Only book if you're a big fan of wasting your time. This is the longest most drawn out process. I had a 12:30 flight and my pickup time was 7:35.... yes that's 5 HOURS BEFORE my flight!!!!!! Bad bad bad. I've had super shuttle experiences in other cities and they were great. Here? Not so much. -3 stars for DELETING my pick-up at the airport. Yeah, you heard me. I checked in at the counter, got my confirmation ticket, and waited. And waited. After waiting about 30 minutes, I went up to the desk and they said that the driver hasn't stopped by yet. I pointed out that I saw about 3 or 4 Super Shuttle drivers in the past 30 minutes come up to the counter and take people away. She said that they had earlier reservations. After another 30 minutes, where I saw people get escorted out who showed up AFTER me, I went up to the counter (a bit more pissy this time) and asked WTF was going on. Then they say, "OH, I'm sorry, someone cancelled your ticket." ARRRRRRGH!!!! Once I got on the shuttle, it took another 30 minutes of driving around EWR for stragglers (we only picked up 1 more person in that time) before we headed into the city. It's been years since I've utilized SuperShuttle and there is good reason for this. The last time I used their service I was taking a redeye out of JFK to head over to Amsterdam. The driver was 30 minutes late to pick us up..strike one. Then, apparently the first stop of the evening was to drop someone off at LGA..strike two. Which really delayed our drop off even more. THEN, the driver dropped us at the wrong Delta terminal (the moron dropped us off in the terminal going to the Middle East) and we ended up missing our flight because by the time we realized his error and got to the correct terminal they had closed the gates 10 minutes before we could get there... STRIKE 3!!! Not to mention it takes FOREVER. I say man up and pay the additional $20 (what is it like $15/pp) and get to and from your destination in a timely and comfortable matter. If you can't cut back on buying 40s for a week (because who uses this besides poor or really cheap people? or in my case really dumb.) in order to do so, then I suggest not traveling at all? read more

First the good news. This is cheap (if you book online in advance) and I only had to wait about 15 minutes for a van from LGA to midtown. But! You need to have time. According to google maps the trip should take 30 minutes In traffic but the van took 90 minutes. It takes a very circuitous route and I wasn't the last to be dropped off. It was also the scariest and uncomfortable ride I have had it very long time. The driver thought he was on a race track and the suspension nonexistent. I needed a change of underwear when I eventually got to the hotel. Needless to say I will be getting a cab on the way back. read more

I chose SuperShuttle because of the cost and convenience. I've also used it in Miami and service was great. Today feels like worst mistake and I will never choose or recommend this company again. A bag was left on the shuttle. All day I received the run-around. I've been hung up on, lied to, left on hold for over 10 mins and scammed. One minute he can return it to me. The next minute he can't. I waited all day at home for my bag "to be returned", words from a manager. The manager said the driver had my phone number and would call me when out front. Next phone call to SuperShuttle and I come to find out the driver did not want to return it to me because it was inconvenient and out of his way. Then the story changed to he did come with the bag but never called. Why didn't he call me if he had my number and was here to drop my bag off? How am I at fault when I never received a call, let alone 3 missed calls the driver claims he made to me. I was then miraculously offered to pay a fee for my bag to be dropped off after waiting 6 hrs and being promised it would be dropped off by 7pm. It's been a nightmare of a day. A side note, this driver, should not be in the service industry. Another side note, one of the several times I called, I spoke with a woman regarding my bag and she told me "she had to no time to talk to me and had to take the next call." She hung up on me. When I called back she gave the call to comelne else. What kind of customer service is that? Please listen to every call I made on confirmation #6202471. It's all evidence of horror I encountered. I chose supershuttle because I thought they were reliable like in Miami. It's nearly 7pm and I STILL have no bag. IVE BEEN WAITING SINCE 1130am. I have no clothes. Yes I'm upset. I'm not upset because of the bag situation. Im upset because the driver doesn't want to bring bag back back and no one at SuperShuttle seems to care. I'll update my review if I ever receive my bag. I did receive my bag, thankfully around 1130pm. Hence why I changed my review from a 1 star to a 3 star. Once the driver agreed to share his cell, we communicated and the story we were both told by the SuperShuttle employees was different. He was able to tell me his eta throughout the evening and stood at my Airbnb waiting all day fearing he would come and I wouldn't be there to get my bag. I honestly think these drivers mean well but come across a certain way because they are overworked and driving in NYC/Newark traffic is crazy... being from the big city of Chicago, I get it. I understand the rushing and need to keep it moving. I'm thankful to the driver who's name was Max for eventually finding his way to me as I had no clothes or anything had I lost the bag altogether. His manager, I cannot remember his name but he was one of the last employees I spoke to. He called me with info at 8pm as promised. He was very nice. Seems super convenient~ easy website, paid beforehand (including a tip), $15 per person to get from LaGuardia to our hostal in Times Square. Not bad. And then you get to the booth at LaGuardia. And they are neither thrilled to see you nor patient with your non-native New Yorkerness. I had the address pre-entered, printed out and with me, and somehow she was still annoyed. The receipt listed a price that was less than what I had paid and she put me down as "Mr." I am not a mister. Then she said it was a 35 minute wait; when our driver showed up, he seemed very confused. We were packed into a non-heated (it's December, so I guess getting packed in kept us warm), rickety van. The driver talked on his phone about "partying after he dropped these cats off" and his friend who "got locked up" during the entire drive. Traffic at 935pm was still horrendous around Times Square and the view entering the city wasn't worth it~ take the subway. One girl requested mid-ride to get out so she could go find the subway... she did not care that she still had to pay in order to get to leave the van. read more

I admit to being apprehensive to use a shuttle service for transportation from and to LaGuardia on a recent NYC trip, but the service proved timely, safe, and cost-effective. Color me a fan. I even made a mistake. I was supposed to call in advance a minimum of at least 24 hours before my pick-up back to LGA. I didn't notice this until about 5 hours before I needed to depart. I called and they were able to accommodate me anyway. I preferred, too, the timely collection and the ability for me to track the driver's whereabouts on my phone. In addition, I permitted the receipt of text alerts to keep my informed of the schedule. At 1:26 PM I received this SMS: Your SuperShuttle driver (Max) has an ETA of 2:27 PM. Guess what time Max pulled up? 2:27 PM. Precisely. Considering New York City traffic, I think that's pretty good! I would not hesitate to use SuperShuttle on my next trip to the Big Apple. Based on my first and second experiences with their service, you shouldn't hesitate either. read more

On a recent trip to New York City, I booked the Super Shuttle to go to my hotel at Times Square. I booked in advance both ways and saved some money. My bill was $72 for two persons to and from. So each trip per person was $18. The van holds up to 9 passengers. On each the inbound and outbound, there were four stops. I had planned on 1.5 hrs to and from. On the inbound, it took 1hr 5 min, and the outbound it took 1hr 15 min. Drivers were fast and efficient. Vans were clean. For this type of transportation, the Super Shuttel worked out just fine. Note: A taxi ride with tolls and tip is about $65 one way. CAUTION: See the Super Shuttle reviews on Yelp for other airports. Some really low ratings. Perhaps, I got lucky, or they cleaned up their act. This was hassle free, at least for me, at a good price. read more

SuperShuttle is not super. It's decent for $25 + $5 tip for the driver to drop a person off exactly where they need to be in NYC. Their driving is scary - swerving from lane to lane whether it's on the freeway or in-between side streets. But then again, it is New York and drivers there need to be aggressive throughout the hectic traffic. So, what's more important? My safety or speed? Lol. Also, I took a shuttle back to JFK from Flatiron at around 8:20am for an 11am flight. The shuttle was on time and got me to the airport by 9:30am. No complaints about the driving this time. Side Note: I would only take the SupperShuttle in NYC only if I'm not confident in navigating through the subway system by myself to places I've never been to, while carrying loads of luggage. They're a cheaper alternative than taking a taxi. read more

Our trip to JFK with Super Shuttle went as planned, however I would not recommend EVER taking Super Shuttle from JFK. After our 12 hour flight, we immediately checked in for our ride and then proceeded to wait an hour until actually leaving JFK. Tried calling customer service for an accurate ETA, and waited an additional 10 minutes on hold. To make matters worse, the NYC marathon was going on the same day as our pick up from JFK. We ended up getting dropped off about 20 blocks from our apartment and had to take a packed subway with all of our luggage. The company should have had some advance plan to avoid the NYC marathon closures and the burden shouldn't have been put on the customer. My advice is to avoid Super Shuttle and take another service from the airport to avoid a stressful homecoming from your vacation. read more

Well, here I was all prepared to write an original review for this company, but I must echo my fellow Yelpers...NEVER AGAIN!!! Unless you are on a seriously-restricted budget (I'm talking sleeping in hostels and packing your own Ramen...and I happen to LOVE Ramen), then pay for a cab and spare yourself the stress. After reading that SuperShuttle was recommended by both the NYC guidebooks I clutched close to my chest (including Frommer's), my friend and I booked them at the same time as our hotel via Bookit.com. We printed out our vouchers and clambered off our red-eye into LaGuardia. We had no clue where we were supposed to meet our shuttle as our printed confirmations were vague at best, but finally found a help desk. The attendant barely spoke English but was very sweet and managed to get us on one of the help desk phones to SS. Things went seriously downhill from there. Despite our printed reservations clearly stating that we were to call SS from the Ground Transport help desk after landing, the woman on the phone SCREAMED at my friend that we were supposed to make pickup reservations 48 hours in advance. 48 hours BEFORE WE LANDED. Even the second-shift help desk lady said "DANG, she must be having a bad day, cuz that ain't right!" We finally got someone to tell us where to meet our shuttle. Whereupon things went even further downhill. The driver was extremely befuddled and then downright pissy about our printed Bookit.com passes...apparently we are the first people in the history of LaGuardia and SS to use them?!? They had bar codes! They had confirmations! He finally grudgingly allowed us into the shuttle...only later did we realize he'd kept our round-trip confirmation papers...something we paid through the nose for to re-print later in the hotel. It is completely true that you're squashed into a van with people you don't know (thank God everyone in ours was cordial) as the driver hustles (as in, screaming "TRANSPORTATION!") outside the terminal. He left the windows down and I finally had to reach up and turn on the heat at the request of the teeth-chattering riders in the back. As to when you'll reach your hotel...well that's on God's good humor. We were at 59th/5th in Manhattan, but it still took almost two hours for us to reach our hotel from the time we got into the van, and traffic was NOT bad at all. So for our return trip back (which we'd already pre-paid, otherwise we would have just taken a cab), we were picked up on time and then given a tour of upper Manhattan as the (more polite this time) driver scooped up other riders. We were deposited back at our correct terminal on time, but for paranoid freaks like myself, having to wait on other people (one chick had to ramble back up to her apartment for another bag) at the risk of missing our flight just wasn't worth it. I WILL say I never felt unsafe with the actual driving...it was no better or worse than any other cab in New York. If you can't deal with some of the driving maneuvers, just close your eyes. As to why I've ranted out such a long-winded review...my main beef is that, as I mentioned before, SuperShuttle is touted in NYC guidebooks as THE WAY to get yourself from the airports to your destination. NOWHERE was it mentioned the wait time as the driver shills for more passengers, the squishing-in with people you don't know, the overall paranoia that OH CRAP you might miss your flight. This is definitely a case of "you get what you pay for" and I really wish the guidebooks would spell that out in more detail. I alost always take Super Shuttle out in the Bay Area, and has always been a lovely experience there. NOT IN NYC. Wish I had consulted with Yelp prior to booking. Checked in with the Ground Transportation desk at 5:40am and was told the Super Shuttle would be here at 6:33am. Didn't show up until much later. Then when we finally got into the city I basically drew last and three hours later, finally got home. Guess I got too used to being the first drop off in SF. Anyway, never again. I would really only use super shuttle to get me to the airport. I am not about to wait forever at the airport picking up other passengers but I don't mind the van taking a little longer to get me to the airport if it will cut my price in half. I'm still getting picked up right at my door and having the driver assist me with my luggage. I was tempted to give a slightly bad review because I was outside for 25 minutes waiting for the van at 5 in the morning and was freezing, but the driver was very nice and apologetic when he arrived so I will let it slide. got to the airport (JFK) in time and it ended up costing me $30 including tax and tip. I think that is way better than the $60 I will pay to get home via car service. read more

I have only had good experiences with SuperShuttle. I don't get to NYC often, when I do I fly into Newark. I reserve my trips online (the website is a bit confusing at times and could use a revamp). This past week I got safely to my hotel and back to the airport no problem. They sent me texts to remind me of my reservation and the vans were where they were supposed to be when promised. I'm fairly calm so I understand there are sometimes problems. With the transportation desk at Newark it's easy peasy! I will use them again. read more

I booked reserved super shuttle to pick me up at Laguardia airport to drop me near my home in Manhattan. My plane landed and I went to look for the super shuttle. I nice worker guy at Laguardia airport helped me log in and confirm. After that it was a waiting game and I saw in my phone that the driver was in Manhattan while I was in queens. ARGH!!!!! So I was angry and waited and waited and ...WAITED. When the driver finally came, he was a colombian dude and I got on board and saw one female passenger inside. The colombian dude driver than drove off and started arguing with another driver. After that he got on the phone and started talking in a personal call as he drove. The after that he went to the wrong direction and got the address wrong for that woman passenger. If anyone is thinking of using super shuttle, please be advised that your bus may not be there waiting for you when your plane lands AND if they are there...they will pick up OTHER passengers and drop of those other passengers. So you wait will last longer as the driver needs to drop off these other people. If you do not mind waiting TAKE a LYFT or UBER or TAXI instead otherwise take the super shuttle. The price is good BUT the waiting is another story. read more

Everything started off well. As I landed I got a text providing me instructions to check in for my pickup. It seemed pretty promising and efficient. It allowed me to follow the progress of the shuttle that was to pick me up and gave me update texts I was told to wait at the Welcome Center and the driver would come in to get me After 35 minutes, I checked the others again and it informed me that I had been picked up. Mission accomplished so to speak. I called and as told that was a mistake and the shuttle would be there in 2-3 minutes. Close to 10 minutes later a shuttle pulls up, the driver gets out and comes in and heads for Starbucks. I stop him and he seems confused, checks his little tablet, asks me my name and then takes me to the van. He puts both my luggage and me in and then heads back to Starbucks. Finally after over 5 minutes he returns and we are on our way. Total of close to 50 minute wait time. Book another service unless you enjoy waiting read more

Your SuperShuttle driver (abdulai) Van #768 was late. He was so rude. He didn't turn on the AC. He drove like crazy. My gf threw up when we got at Jfk!! RECKLESS DRIVER!! It's cheap ride but never again going with super shuttle in NYC!!! read more
