My work requires a serious vacuum that can withstand daily use in a 13,700 square/ft space. We have purchased 2 vacuums from Super Vacuums during the time that I've worked here and we have serviced the vacuums at Super Vacuums as well. They were extremely helpful in selecting the vacuum that best fit our needs and they're always happy to help with service, whether it's needing a new belt or diagnosing an unknown issue. They're timely in the repairs and reasonable in the repair costs. When we were looking for a steam cleaner (which they do have) they actually recommended a model that they don't carry because that was the best fit for our needs. Overall, if you're looking for a vacuum that will last, this is a good place to go. read more

Took in my aunts steam cleaner that was not working. The tech checked over and cleaned the machine up good as new. Looked at his vacuums as that is a querk of mine, he has great machines for those that are needing a new one. read more

I wouldn't recommend using this business because the service person was not very helpful. I am a senior and was attempting to bring in a vacuum while opening the door and he just stood at the back of the store. He never offered to assist me and did not even greet me. Didn't actually know If he worked there. It's a little thing, but courtesy goes a long way. Seems like it also takes a long time to get the item repaired read more

After they re-carpeted our living room/dining room it became a chore to push our old Kenmore across the surface. The Riccar R10P is practically self propelled and a joy to use. It was gross using the shark because of the excessive dust we got emptying it. The dealer fixed our Kenmore a couple of times over the years, so I knew they were reputable. Oh, BTW, the price was better than was on the website and WAY lower than the list price. If this thing lasts as long as my Kenmore I'll be happy. There's no belt to replace so there's nothing to do for maintenance. The bags are huge. I came to the store 3 times looking at all the brands. They were very patient with me. I like to think things through and I don't mind paying for quality. For example, I've had the same Toro lawnmower and snow blower for year, because they're a good brand. Just a thought to Super Vacuums. I tried, but I couldn't leave a review on your site. read more

Each of them had a model to fit my requirements (24 inch stainless steel front and tub) on sale. None had the one I wanted on display or in stock. I would have to order and wait. Only Lowes had someone in the store who knew how to find a dishwasher in their system without getting help. The appliance department in Best Buy looks like someone went through and shoved everything into a pile. I saved the best store till last. The only reason I brought it in was because i was in a car accident and have had surgery and a broken wrist not because im ignorant . no ram was moved because if it had been my bios would have to relearn the memory and my computer would notify me when turning it back on. Furthermore I checked recent installments and updates and nothing at all was done other than installing and running nzxt cam to do exactly as i stated before nothing . when I called him out on that lie He began becoming more aggressive and lying yelling and cursing then ignoring me and taking other customers only to further say he couldn't remember what he did to my pc exactly because he had so much work but yet i do. I called everyday to check on it the week they had my pc because i also do work from my pc, get this he had been out sick for multiple days and James his coworker confirmed so and also started that no work was done . He then offered to have me bring it back in after I spent my time and money self diagnosing it to be a hardware issue which your store claimed was not the issue and wanted to do a fresh install of my OS and pay more money which I know how to do and did myself And would not bring it back in to waste more time and money at such a rude disrespectful and dishonest establishment. miraculously the day he gets back in after calling off all week my pc is done and had all this "work" done to it. I picked it up with nothing diagnosed and specific request I made and said I'd pay for not done or addressed . Then I was threatened to be kicked out of the store , ignored and dismissed for asking these questions and being disrespected and only then did I become angry and used foul language because you have a store manager with zero integrity who is using the same language , lying in my face and disrespecting me in front of other customers. After escalating to corporate they are doing absolutely nothing about the situation and claimed that they were providing no refund after No diagnostics or time was even spent on my pc.

I've purchased a Ricar canister vacuum and an upright from Super Vacuums and have had them for a few years. Not only are they excellent machines (I have 4 cats and these vacuums make pet hair disappear like magic), the service is the best you could possibly receive and very affordable. Bill keeps a record of service and repairs, and he patiently answers any questions. He is meticulous about going the extra mile, making sure everything about your vacuum is clean and in working order before it is returned to you. And he does this within a reasonable time -- sometimes, if the problem is simple enough -- on the spot! I highly recommend this store for both purchases and repairs. read more

Over the holidays, I needed to have my "expensive" Miele vacuum checked out because it wasn't working as well as it had when I bought it....Now the dilemma...where to go and who to trust...I choose to go to Bill at SuperVacuums on the Blvd. and I am glad I did. Bill couldn't of been nicer, diagnosed the problem and was able to get the manufacturer to cover all the costs under the machine's warranty.....at no cost to me. I have been in Super Vacuums many times before and left very satisfied. This time, I was in search of a Miele canister vac which I had priced on Amazon. Bill was very knowledgeable and informative and answered all my questions even after finding out I intended on buying on Amazon. Then a very cool thing happened; Bill beat the Amazon price and his vacuum included attachments that weren't in the Amazon "deal" and the warranty was substantially longer and better!! He even offered to take my old vacuum, clean it up and donate to charity!! How can you beat that?!! I will continue to buy local and support the little guy(although Bill is quite tall)!!!! read more

He is the most affable, knowledgeable salesperson I have had the pleasure to deal with in years. I recently lost my wife to cancer, and Bill has never once thought it odd that I would be having trouble adapting to house cleaning and how to do it better. I have been working with Bill at SUPERVACUUMS on Niagara Falls Blvd. over the last 4 years, and I am always so grateful for his expertise and good humor. We were having a problem with our Bissell rug shampooer. It had a leak at the bottom,so we called tech. service and were refered to Supervacuums (Tech.Service could not help.) Bill at supervacuums answered all our questions and told us what the problem was. He called the company and handled all the paperwork and got a new shampooer for us within a week. My mom is a senior on a fixed income. Bill always takes the time to explain her best options and is extremely patient with her. He has always given her a great price on tune-ups and cleaning and has never been pushy about purchasing a new machine. Bill at Super Vacuums on the Boulevard was very easy to work with. Bissell sent me to him to have my vacuum serviced and he took care of everything. He called me with the next day to tell me what was wrong with it and what Bissell was going to do about the problem. In a couple days the vacuum was fixed and it ran like new. Thanks Bill.
