These a very expensive but the quality and features certainly out way the price!! An extra long cord (40 feet) , a bright led light and aa built in suction hose are a few of the features. The best feature is if you suck up something by mistake and it jambs the brush it doesn't continue running and burn up a fan belt.Simply pull out the obstruction and restart the vacum. After using this SEBO X7 iAM COMPLETELY SATISFIED and will continue my business at Rosiek's.

Mr. Reilly diagnosed the problem as a leaky housing, which costs almost as much as a new washer. He advised against repairing it. While he was here I asked him to replace the belt on my clothes washer. It wasn't spinning up to speed like it should. On examination, the old belt was starting to fail at the splice, so it was replaced. Now my clothes dry in half the time. Service was excellent. Calls were answered. Questions were answered. IAP were very professional from start to finish. We found them at the Buffalo Home Show initially, and were able to make an appointment very quickly with a quote over the phone. The guys who came out were quick and efficient. They have a completely enclosed vacuuming system, so no gross stuff gets away. When they are done, they show you the filters they used and all your bagged vent bunnies. Our system was resealed, and we have had no problems since. It has been 3 years, so we are due to get our system cleaned again, and as an added reminder, IAP was at my school last week cleaning the vents before the kids start. The guys there were very friendly and spent 2 days making sure the entire system was good. Can't wait to work with them again.

When we were looking for a steam cleaner (which they do have) they actually recommended a model that they don't carry because that was the best fit for our needs.
