The best taco place I have ever been! Me my friends and family come here atleast two times a week. It is definitely a go to all the time! I always get the slammin wet burrtio with tofu and it is just amazing! I love that they have tofu and they will fix whatever you want however you want. I usally get the slammin wet burrtio with tofu and also add guacamole and refried beans! The potato tacos are also amazing! If I'm super hungry me my friends with split the potato tacos seeing 2 come in an order covered in sour cream lettuce and tomatoes! I'm hoping that they will expand the business and get a second supplex tacos somewhere else! Check this place out if you haven't already. :) read more

BEST IN TRISTATE PERIOD!! I live in the Bay Area and had to move back to Assland, KY for a few months. Oh how I miss the taco trucks of old. Enter: SUPLEX TACOS. I have ate at nearly every pop up, taco truck, and Mexicam restraint in the San Francisco area, if not the whole Bay. There my thing...I love Mexican food trucks! I tried the 2441 Carter Avenue, Ashland, Ky. location. All of the food was fresh and full of flavor. The food does not have a manufactured, processed taste. The restaurant is clean. The restaurant's atmosphere is of a no nonsense attitude. Yes, the founder was a wrestler and there is a small amount of memorabilia on the walls but it does not overpower. Tried Suplex Tacos for the first time on way out of town. Ordered the burrito with fries inside. It was awesome. The mild and hot sauces are excellent too. The green really brings the heat. Everything was really tasty and fresh. Sergio has delivered some great flavors to this little town. This place is Amazing!!! I found out about this place while I was serving as a missionary for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints back in 2014. Now every time I drive through I stop and get the 619 burrito. That thing is so amazing. I have to say I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!!!
