I took it back to the mechanics shop, they came out and said it was the sunroof leaking. They sealed the bottom again and I waited 4 days, went to another car wash, it still came in from the windshield. I have phots of the sliced drain line from my sunroof. I have called 3 times, no response. My suggestion would be to not use this company.

Short Summary: Don't go…read more I brought a custom built, hand-signed, numbered-edition car here to repair some hood/bumper damage. This was a "few week job". These people tried to return the car to me, twice, with damage still so visible that I could see dents and mis-aligned body panels from the lobby without even going outside to look closely at my car. "A few weeks" turned into almost 5 months of me constantly having to ask for updates. The end result (3rd trip) is poor. The paintwork is not good. I can still see orange peel / flaws and fisheyes in the paint from where they did a mediocre job, and the bumper is poorly aligned. When taking the car out in sunlight you can see a "blend line" (black car) in the middle of the hood, where they didn't even paint or correctly blend the whole hood. At best, 2 weeks were spent waiting for parts (a bumper cover). They took a pristine collectable car, stored it in a filthy part of the shop so long that it had to be detailed, and in doing so, while "cleaning" it, they scrubbed one of the signatures of the builders (known names) off one of the engine covers . (response when challenged: "well, at least one of them is still there") After almost 5 months of having the car, they didn't find anyone in the industry to remake/replicate the emblems on the side of the car. I have an "IOU" from them that I am not counting on. Upon returning the car with fisheyes & orange peel in the paint, dimples in the bumper and a visible raw edge of a bumper cover, the owner stated "even new cars have that. I'm done f'ing with this car, it's just a Pontiac. Call state farm, I don't care". Needless to say, I indeed called state farm to let them know the car could not be finished by this body shop, and I was having the car finished someplace else. This job was so poorly done that state farm came out, reviewed the car and agreed to pay to have the car re-repaired someplace else. Don't walk away, run.

Sadly, I was validated on my concerns of paying for something sight unseen. I will say here that the actual repair work looks very nice, but there were a few small problems that were very disconcerting. One, my dashboard tire pressure light was on, which due to weather is not that rare, but when I went to air up my tires, it was revealed that the four different tire pressures were: 61, 19, 47, and 38. Seriously? How in earth could that have organically happened? What did they do to my tires? Secondly, my dashboard headlight warning light was on. So I looked around my car and my driver side back light was out. I opened my trunk and saw the inside panel to the back light housing off. What on earth happened there? The damage to my car was on the driver side. What were they doing there? Three, the trunk is filthy, and it needs to be vacuumed. Fourthly, the side view mirror that creates a three week plus extension is a crappy, fun house type of mirror, with a very odd reflection. It is no where near the quality of the factory version, and I was told that it was coming from Hyundai shop in Texas. To be clear, the mirror reflects, and I can see traffic behind/beside me, but it's a very cheap knock off, and that's super frustrating. In the end, the bodywork was great, but the 3 week + extension, the cheap mirror, my weirdly inflated tires, and my oddly broken back light, is all very disturbing. Also, I reached out to Rusty from the Aurora Kaizen with all of these details, and I have not heard anything. That's so unprofessional and shameful. My next step is to contact my insurance company and advise them to take Kaizen off of their preferred auto body shop list. This company used to be Mankhe, which I had the unfortunate need to use a couple of times over the last decade, and never had any issue like this. Kaizen is horrible, and I will never use them again. I paid $250 for a full car detail and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience…read more The work was outsourced to another detailing company without my knowledge. The service was supposed to include vacuuming the trunk, a clay bar treatment, and paint sealant. The trunk wasn't vacuumed, the windows were left with streaks and grime, the seats had white streaks on them, and the door jambs still had dirt and grime. After the detail was completed, I reviewed my Ring camera footage and confirmed that the detailer never performed the clay bar treatment or applied the paint sealant. I also took photos documenting the poor quality of the work. I contacted the owner multiple times, sent the photos and Ring video, and he acknowledged the issues, saying he would send someone out to correct them. I replied that I was available anytime. After that, he stopped responding to my messages altogether. Mistakes can happen, but ignoring a customer after promising to make things right is unacceptable. I paid for services that were either performed poorly or, based on the video evidence, not performed at all. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.
