Changed the way they give out wristbands on Thursday mornings at the Brooklyn location. I am flabbergasted that the system worked so poorly. We got to the water / domino park (where they hand out the wrist bands) at 8:50am. They start handing them out at 8:30am. NO ONE WAS THERE. We picked out of the bag and got in the high 50's!! I understand they're trying to make it fair. However, the problem wasn't that we pulled a high number. The problem was that at 11am, security let so many people cut the line. Those who had wrist bands and those who didn't. We even saw one of the security guard's give out a wrist band at 11:30am (which they have been telling everyone they wouldn't do after 10:30). That person is already in the store and we're still waiting in line. We're so upset and refuse to come again on a drop day. FAIL BY SECURITY. Go to the Manhattan store. Don't waste your time at this location. Unfriendly staff when you're paying an arm and a leg. I would give it 0/5 if I could. We were regulars - here 2/3 times a week. No longer will we do that. read more

I recently visited this location for the first time because I was in the area and wanted to check out the vibes. To my surprise, the store had a solid amount of foot traffic, and it's huge. They also had their latest apparel collection on display, which was nice to see. One cool thing about this spot is that they have the token machine--I wanted to get a token so badly, but I ended up picking up a few other items I knew I'd get more use out of. However, there's one thing that definitely needs improvement. Besides the two people behind the register, it was nearly impossible to tell who else worked there. I kept trying to find my size and ended up asking random customers because I genuinely couldn't tell who was staff. Clear employee identification is a must. If the two cashiers hadn't been standing at the register, I wouldn't have known they worked there either. That being said, the overall experience was great, and I still recommend this location 100%! read more

Supreme in Brooklyn is way better the most other stores. It's never crazy busy. It is not overloaded with merch but has what you would like. A great selection of decks but not a of trucks and wheels. If you are going to buy supreme clothing, they will have it. The guys working there are great. Very nice and helpful. read more

Supreme is Supreme, nothing more and nothing less. This was my first time ever stopping at an actual Supreme store and I'm stoked I made it in. Stopped in earlier in the day and the place wasn't too packed. The in store selection is pretty much stock from the last few drops and I was actually pretty impressed by how much they had. I absolutely loved the setup of the store from the giant wall of skateboards, the hat wall, the T-shirt racks, and the accessories in the case. The big win for me was being able to pick up a Stone Island x Supreme collaboration hat in black along with the new Supreme picture frame blocks. Overall, if you like Supreme then the store is going to give you what you want. I enjoyed myself and managed to pickup a few things I've been wanting as well. Supreme is alive and well. read more

Feeling upset today. Early in the week had to sign up for an appointment, a chance at that, to enter and purchase newly released items. Recieved a text message stating to be at the store at 11 a.m. & that I was #4 in line. Since I had my line position, I did not think I needed to get there sufficiently early. I got to the store at 10:53 am on the stated date to find a line of about 40 people already formed. People were already checked in. When showing the text received with my line position, I was told I was late and needed to get to the back of the line. I pointed out that the message stated I was 4th, but they said I should have gotten there earlier, the number means nothing. They started calling for the 11:15 slot at 11:20. And guess what? They actually started calling by the line number! Maybe the text message should have emphasized that we needed to get there early because they would not be following line order for the first round. Because I did not think a store of this caliber would not hold up to what they initially stated, I did not get my first choice, nor my second. I was at least fortunate enough to get my third, but not what I was expected with such a low number on the queue. FYI, there were several people who came after me who also had low numbers and thought the same as I. Please be a little more transparent in the future. read more

Ever since the Brooklyn location opened last year, this had been my preferred location over the Lafayette and London store. The security team is more pleasant, the in store staff is more accommodating, and their Thursday drop process is streamline and impeccable. A lot of hypebeast brands like Kith, Bape etc have NYC staff/security that is rude and act superior in person and over the phone, I never get that vibe at this location. They have have been polite and go out of their way within reason. My only issue with the brand overall, is the Thursday selection process, I wish you were selected to shop based on customer spend vs "random". I was recently shut out the week of the coveted box logo drop on 12/6 after spending almost $1000 each week, this and last season for almost all the releases. I use the same card, the same ID, so they could track my purchases with no issue! But this criticism, to be clear, is aimed at corporate, and in no way reflects the personnel at Grand St. I will continue to shop there as I have been pleasantly surprised with their store operations. read more

As you're probably aware, on Tuesday's, those wishing to have a place in line for the Thursday drops one must sign up in hopes of landing that spot. This Tuesday I was chosen, only problem is, later that day they sent a text at 1pm asking to confirm and if you don't respond with in the 3HOUR WINDOW (4PM) then you lose your spot. Unfortunately for me, I was undergoing chemotherapy at Sloan Kettering between noon and 5pm, so once I saw the text (5:07pm) I responded.....nothing. So, I contacted Supreme customer service and they recommend I get in touch with the actual store, so i went down to the store myself in hopes of finding an understanding manager with a little compassion....nothing. I explained how I will be undergoing a bone marrow transplant in 10, days and this would be my final drop. Nope, says there's nothing he can do. I realize there are policies and they apply to everyone, but if a cancer patient came all the way out to explain he had miss the cut off to an already confirmed reservation, I wouldtell him "there's nothing I can do"...when Ive seen them allow worse for people they know. The fact that they don't take the time to respond to negative reviews on sites such as this says everything about how little they care about the customer. They're like the cool kids in highschool who in 10 years will be irrelevant. Never again read more

Its a great place. Its a big store but with bare items. Could have had more options. But it was a good experience.

I was in the store for about five minutes with my partner and we were browsing the various items. An employee actively insulted my partner's appearance totally unprompted while we were shopping in the store. When I confronted him about the comment he did not apologize, and repeated the offensive comment. Not only is this bad customer service but it's unacceptable especially in a high end retail environment. Don't understand why a person like this was ever hired in the first place. read more

Not a skate shop. Just a super hard flex by Supreme to try and maintain relevancy and their pole position for douchiest skate/urban brand. I asked if my 3 y/o could watch the people skateboard but it's Private. Was looking for a last minute gift for my son for xmas and decided to go to supreme for a hoodie for him. Inwas greeted as soon as i walked in and was told wear every piece of clothing was so i can see what it looks like. The line was suprisingly short and when i got to the counter i spoke to the person ringing me up and he gave me a bunch of supreme stickers for my kid. Minus stars if I could Came to the Brooklyn store awful experience disgusting!!! Needed to get a birthday gift for my little brother who has been asking for this backpack for a while. I come running from work the only time I can make it since I'm usually working late. I get there at 648, store closes at 7. I called several times to confirm they are open and have the backpack I was looking for available, no one bothered to pick up. I am disgusted by the way the brand treats its customers and possibly future customers. They refused to let me in the store, saying sorry while smirking in my face comparing this to going to the club and why would I come late if it was last call at a club. Guess what it's not a club it's a store I needed to get one thing pay for it so ye I don't need to arrive an hour early and leave work early. I made this special trip just for the backpack. I didn't even know about this brand until my brother was asking for it from watching online videos and the brand gaining popularity. Now I am so turned off by it and never want to purchase from here again. I see how they respect the potential customers here. Sorry this is not a club and store closes at 7 and if a customer comes at 645 you let them in, or pick up the phone to let people know before they track out to your store. I personally have never had a problem when registering for the in store purchase at this store. It has always been organized and the security nor staff has ever given me a problem. Love going here for releases! And to top it off the parking around the area is amazing! I registered for the Lafayette store once and have never went back. Unorganized and the parking is horrible. Usually, I stick to online ordering because I don't care for the hectic drop days. However, I decided to go in and check out a few items ( holidays) and I was pleasantly surprised. The process of getting into the store was not too bad, and the security guard I think his name is Bear was really helpful. He provided some good insight on how the process works which helped to make the experience less stressful. Both staff and security were very professional. I don't usually leave reviews but I had to after visiting the store. The stores selection was decent as an overall and I would definitely check out this location if you're in BK. Few clothing. The line outside the store was horrendous! It was freezing cold and people had to wait outside. It's just the cool thing to buy for now. The boxers shorts were made by Hanes but was overly priced. You can't touch anything or feel the clothing materials at all. Someone will approach you right away! MUCH better location than the one in SoHo. I've attempted to enter the one in SoHo and LA this year and didn't even have a chance. It was either reservation only or the line was way to long (with mainly tourists). Since I was staying in Brooklyn on my trip, our group decided to swing by and there was absolutely no line. This wasn't a drop day, just a random day at a random time. The security was nice as well which was surprising. This was during week 1 FW18 and they still had a lot of stock on hand. None of the really hyped pieces but lots of hats and bags. They also had an abundance of that over priced ladder. I won't even attempt to go to the SoHo location again, it's a huge waste of time. read more

The floor manager Jefferson is super rude. When I said good afternoon to him, he looked straight in my face and did not say a word. I came up to the register where they sell accessories and wanted to make a purchase. He looked at me as I was a thief and told me that he will hold it for me by the register after I come back form the fitting room as I wanted to try on a pair of jeans. When I was ready to pay for the accessory and a pair of jeans he said that my item was sold to another person and smiled as if he was playing a prank on me. There were same items of five different colors on the display but he told me they are not for sale. I asked him how can he do that, he said that web orders are more important than in-store orders. After reading the reviews I was a bit apprehensive about taking the ride to NY to visit the store; however I had a pleasant experience. NO lines (Christmas Eve) was welcomed by a security guard who directed me in. The staff exhibited great customer service skills-went above and beyond because I was trying to decide what size to get my daughter (I tried on few sweatshirts and hats). The security guards tried to say my cousin and I skipped the line, but we did not. When the people in line with us said we did not they still said they did not care and let 30 people ahead of us in line. The management came down and did nothing about it even though we waited for over 2 hrs in the cold to get into the store! They were smiling and taunting us as if it were a joke. This store is by far, the most racist establishment I have been to. I understand there was a line, sure, so I waited on line to get into the store and purchase an item my son requested. Once on the line several of the bouncers decided to remove me from the line because they accused me of coming back and purchasing another item. This was a wild accusation, I have not been to this store before, I further proceeded to tell them, "listen guys, I've never been here" I heard from another bouncer "this chink is bullshit, run his ID across today's transactions" So I complied, and called their bluff, and they ultimately left me alone. Once I got into the store, the same exact situation ensued from the inside bouncer. I went to the cashier, solely to purchase a tray and a pin, the cashier rang me up for a 180 dollar bear, that I did not want. I did not ask for a bear nor did I end up purchasing the bear. I tried to bring this up to the manager, and was brushed off, did not get an apology from the manager. I will not patronize SUPREME, nor will I go to this establishment ever again.
