Scheduling: I ended up calling their number because I didn't want my credit card to get charged being I would be paying cash for their Monday-Wednesday gel mani + regular pedi $55 special. I was able to make an appointment over the phone but did see making one on their website was super easy if not going for a special package. Service: I got a gel mani, regular pedi, and had gel nail polish on my fingers to remove. My appointment was 5:15, I was taken at about 5:20, and I got out of there about 6:55. Experience: I got there at 5:14 and just had a 5 minute wait until they were ready for me. In the meantime, I chose my color (Sweet Apricot). My nail tech was Kristi and she couldn't have been nicer. She took her time with the pedicure and manicure and was pleasant throughout it. As a side note, they had the Real Housewives of Rhode Island playing with the sound on which served as the perfect entertainment for the experience. Time will tell if these polishes last and if they do, they've got a new customer!

The prices are fair (I'll post the price list though there is a note saying prices are going up next week) and I like that there is parking behind the building in marked spots so I don't have to deal with street parking. The salon has WiFi, is very clean, and they have the widest assortment of colors I've seen. As a note, you can pay and tip via Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or cash without an extra fee. I believe they recently started to use a new system to schedule appointments. I called for my appointment and got a text confirmation as several of their options were only in Spanish so I wanted to make sure they were clear on what I was coming in for. I got a regular pedicure and a gel manicure and I think they did a great job on both. The pedicure involved an optional cut and file, a leg scrub, cream, cuticle care with general nail cleaning, foot scrub, oil, astringent spray, hot towel, hot stones, and painting. The pedicure chair gave a nice massage and was clearly well maintained. They soaked off my old nail gel and cleaned up my nails for me as well as applied a scrub and lotion along with painting my fingernails. Obviously I can't speak to how long this current polish will last but in the past it's lasted for 3 to 4 weeks.

You do not treat someone that is coming into your establishment and spending money that way. (I WAS NOT RUDE TO THIS PERSON AT ALL. I was very polite regardless on how I felt). Her communication was absolutely horrible. If you do not understand English, there are other ways to communicate. DID YOU EVER HEAR OF "GOOGLE TRANSLATE". Do not just sit there and not say anything at all to your customer and make her feel uncomfortable. When it came up to paying, I was ignored for a good 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me. Yes, I could have said something, but I was also observing to see if it is and on going thing with them. I am just so sick of these BS reviews.
