I recently ordered from Supreme Pizza Co. in West Garden Grove, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. We ordered two pizzas, and both were absolutely excellent. One of them was a pastrami pizza that was supposed to come with pickles and mustard--but honestly, it was so delicious that we didn't even notice those toppings were missing at first. The flavor, quality, and overall execution were that good. What really set this place apart, though, was the customer service. The owner personally came to our home to deliver a corrected pizza and sincerely apologized for the mistake. That level of care and accountability is rare and truly appreciated. I cannot believe all the great reviews. I had high hopes and was sorely let down. I got a small thin crust sausage and pepperoni. The crust was like a store bought frozen mediocre pizza crust. My order was very bland. The 3-cheese pizza does not come with pizza sauce. That was a surprise. I should have read the small print. The penne with vodka sauce had very little flavor and didn't taste like vodka sauce. I feel like I wasted my $$. read more

Understanding the menu is key. We wanted a totally vegetable pizza and we got a vegetarian pizza.

We were going to try different pizza place but they didn't open till 4:00. Started looking on Yelp for another pizza place and read some great reviews on Supreme Pizza so we tried it. So glad we did! Got the meat lovers pizza and chicken and garlic pizza. Both were delicious but the chicken and garlic pizza was amazing. Three days later we again purchased the same pizzas but also wanted to try other items. We got lemon pepper chicken wings, fried zucchini, baked lasagna and onion rings. Everyone enjoyed the food. This pizza shop is at a location that used to be a Pizza Hut. When I ordered pizza from there tonight, the pizza was identical to Pizza Hut pizza. The menu does have lots of stuff that is different from Pizza Hut. But the pizza is just Pizza Hut pizza under a different name. Maybe the owner got tired of paying the franchise fee or maybe they wanted more menu flexibility. But they didn't change the pizza recipe at all. read more

That being said, the front counter people were extremely friendly, they definitely aim to please! we ordered the full pie 10 inch meat lovers calzone and I swear it was the best I have ever had, and I'm 68 years old! This was big enough for two people. The suggestions, the employees made were spot on! Service and wait time very fast! And the dough was extremely tasty, not that tomato sauce on a cracker stuff at the joint across the street!
