The food is decent and the employees are really friendly. I would normally give them 3-4 stars, but their attention to detail knocks them back a few. They have messed up my order the last few times... It's usually delivering the wrong soda or one time they brought the complete wrong order. Step up your game! read more

This is the best pizza place in Medway in my opinion and yes, I have tried them all! Their pizzas are delicious, unique and reasonably priced. Their menu selection is humongous! They have everything you'd expect from a full pizza and sub shop. Lots of appetizers, pizzas, calzones, subs, pastas and dinner plates. They also sell beer in the store (no beer delivery, i asked). The staff is friendly and you can even order online! I've eaten at Supreme's at least once a week for the past 2 years, both take out and delivery, and they've never once messed up an order. I took away one star because they charge 1 dollar for delivery. Free delivery would make this a five star pizza place! read more

The staff here is extremely rude and always messes up your order. Honestly I wouldn't even give this pizza shop one star but Yelp won't doesn't let you give 0 stars lol. First of all, the food is always cold and greasy when you order take out. Literally always feel sick after eating anything from here. The last time I ordered take out from here myself and 3 others got extremely sick after eating a calzone. So I spoke to the owner about the incident and he claimed that he had the "cleanest" restaurant in the town and I couldn't have gotten sick from his food.. (Okay if that's the case I wonder how 4 people got sick after eating the same calzone.) He didn't even apologize, offer me a refund or anything. Great customer service! Rude!! A few weeks ago my husband and I ordered pizzas for a party. When they got here, the cheese and toppings had slid to the corner of all of the boxes. Disappointed but hungry, my guests started eating. Meanwhile, my husband called to let them know what had happened to our pizzas. While on the phone the person immediately offered to replace the pizzas (we did not ask for new food, since our guests had already started eating). Awesome, we thought...great customer service! When the delivery guy got back here he wanted to take the pizzas back with him, but obviously they some of the food was gone. My husband told the guy to take a pic to show his boss but that some of the pizza was gone. The delivery guy declined and left. Fast forward a few weeks to today when my husband calls up to order subs for lunch and the manager gets on the phone to tell him he won't do business with us because "we're trying to scam him for free food". My husband explained that we order food from your place almost weekly and have NEVER complained about anything. Also that we never demanded free food, you guys offered it. Eventually he spat out some line about "never knowing who was trying to scam him" and took my husbands order, but this will be the last time we order from here!!! **eta: received my sub and it was wrong...asked for raw green peppers and got sautéed red and green peppers...didn't call and complain tho. Wouldn't want to be accused of wanting free food! read more

Not as good as it used it be. Quality has been slowly declining over the past couple years. We have kept going back because it is convenient but the last few months it has been particularly bad. Today it was awful; it was delivered very late, cold, and the dough was not cooked. Waste of money, tossed most of it in the trash. read more

When it comes to pizza, I can become pretty picky. Whether it be the crust was too hard, the pizza was too greasy or anything of the sorts. My father recommended Supreme for a lunch date. I must say, I am extremely impressed by this place. I walked into a very clean lobby and was welcomed by a down to earth, smiley young lady with glasses (wish I got her name). We chose to get the Special Buffalo Chicken Pizza.(I asked for half to have no blue cheese). When it came out the pizza was looking Oh so delicious. Even tasted amazing! The crust was crunchy but soft middle. Instead of using buffalo sauce, they used an alfredo sauce. I was kinda scared with how this would taste, but I was up for it. I have to say this is by far the BEST pizza I have ever had. The mix of flavors was perfect, nothing too overbearing. The chicken was still very juicy and the Buffalo sauce on it was the perfect amount. I will absolutely be coming back and recommend this place to anyone. Very pleased with the service!! read more

we get various toppings on our pizza, BLT subs, and buffalo chicken, which are great. don't deviate beyond that. the girls at the counter are also nice, if not entertaining with their questions back to the kitchen. (my son ordered a cheese steak sub instead of their Steak & Cheese sub, and she got sooo confused.) Their only downside is that 4 out of 5 times they will deliver to us, and other times they say we are not in there delivery area. which is very frustrating, and why they lost 2 stars. read more

Do not eat here!!!! I ordered a steak and cheese and when I was eating it pulled out 4 pieces of hard, inedible steak and one 2.5 inch BONE and I only ate 1/2 the sub. I swear to god. The best part is that when I called to complain about my recent, disgusting delivery the woman on the phone told me to bring the food down there and they will see what they can do. (It was in the middle of a snow storm that it was delivered) I requested to speak with the owner, who was present at the store, and he declined my attempts. I left my name and # for them to call back and have not heard back from them since. I have heard numerous stories of this place trying to cut costs, but at what price. I will never eat at Supreme Pizza again and strongly suggest the same. If you think I am kidding, just order a Steak and Cheese. read more
