While. I think Cody did a good job replacing plumbing in my hallway bathroom after demolition, he connected the drain hose on the dishwasher to the air vent which meant the drain was open and dumped lots of water behind cabinets. We didn't notice the leak for about 6 dishwasher loads and by then mold had set in. It cost over $2,000 to remove and replace damaged wood in cabinets and floor and Cody would not take responsibility. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the plumbing licensing board. He was responsive and timely in the beginning of the work but got defensive and blamed his big error on me, the homeowner, who is not licensed or trained on how to make sure a water drain is connected. read more
