He showed up right on time to install our system, did meticulous work and walked me through every aspect of his work and our new system. Two weeks later, he told he'd come, but didn't. Called him the following week. Few days later and few follow-ups, he said he'd come on Juneteenth day. I had already planned for a 5 day vacation starting on Juneteenth and that day didn't work for me. It's been over 5 weeks now and we are using bottled water for drinking.
