I've taken my GT4 here twice. First to lower the vehicle and 2nd to install my race exhaust. Supreme Power has earned a loyal customer for life and I've already sent referrals. Kim and Will have been absolutely amazing to work with. The staff is super friendly and what they charge for labor is very reasonable and fair. I've called 4 different places to install my race exhaust. The shops quoted me around $600-$800 for labor stating that it's a 4hr job and that I must leave the vehicle. One shop (Porsche Service House Pasadena) quoted me $1200! If I had a lift I could have done this myself. It's a MAX 2 hour install job. They wanted me to leave the car so they can tell me it was 4 hours and charge ridiculous charges. Supreme quoted me $350 and finished it 1hr and 40mins. I made an appointment and they were able to work on my vehicle right away, very efficient. Will (mechanic) even took out a measuring tape to make sure my exhaust tips were sitting even. I had coilovers installed on my 2022 Subaru WRX at a different shop and I was in need of a alignment. Its hard to find shops with a in ground alignment rack and technicians who know how to properly adjust the alignment using aftermarket parts. Luckily I found Supreme Power and I'm glad I went. This review is overdue, but at least I can give an honest review based on a good evaluation of the installation a few months later. This place is the best! I took my Boxster to them to get it lowered after contacting them via Yelp. They responded to my inquiry in quick fashion and gave me an estimate based on my request. I made an appointment and was able to get my lowering springs installed and six months later, I'm still enjoying the improved stance of my car with no issues to report. The employees were very nice, and they even undercut my regular mechanic on the install cost by a LOT! Extremely disappointed with how things turned out. You trust someone to do a good job and be honest. You pay them in full expecting good work. Instead the did body work they did for a body kit install was a very poor job and ended up PUNCTURING the turbo hose on my Audi and ruined it. Its important to leave an honest review for a business that you spend quite a bit of money on. I emailed Eric back in June for a set of BBS wheels I had in mind for my GT3 RS. Eric was super responsive, answered all my questions, sent me many pictures and videos of different finishes. It really helped me decide what I ultimately want to order and how I wanted my wheels to look like in the end. After I sent the deposit, a week later my wheels were completed with my custom finish. Unfortunately the finish was not done to the standard that Supreme and I could accept. They immediately sent it back, and promised to make it right. I own a few businesses, so I know things go wrong. Eric made it right and packaged the wheels very carefully when they came back. They mounted the tires I ordered as well, so nothing but putting on the wheels needed to be done. I really appreciated how the process went, even with some bumps on the way. The wheels look amazing, and I could not be happier with how the look on my car. I went there to do ONLY 1 tire change . the customer service was just ok. And I was asking can they do it will-in an hour since I only need to do is 1 tire and the guy was refuse to say yes cuz he reasons was many people in front of me but in fact only 2. It took 1 hour and 20 mins to complete . The worst part is I Can't believe they left the hood open and didn't close it and gave Bk the car to me and say it's ready to drive. I didn't find out until someone was nice enough pointing at my hood and told me it's open. When I found I was so mad and disappointed by their service.
