I was looking for wheel spacers it was a little unsure what size. I saw plenty of suggestions on Mercedes forums but I run a little wider tire so I was afraid of rubbing. I emailed Paul and he responded immediately. He quoted me a price, suggested the width for front and rear based on my set up, and included the mounting lug bolts. I ordered the spacers on Friday and had them at my door on Monday!! I emailed Paul before mounting to make sure I had all the necessary parts. Again, he replied within minutes and even gave me the torque specs. Got them all mounted up and they look fantastic. Love the new more aggressive stance. BTW, I went with his recommendation of 15mm up front and 12mm in back. I run 305's on the rear and the 12's were just enough to even it out. Thanks Paul and Supreme Power! They did my spring installation in under 45 minutes.. Need I say more! I made the drive hour plus drive out to supreme power after getting a heck of a deal on brand new springs w/ an install. I figured since I was there already to pick up some goodies in the process. Nick helped me throughout the process from start to finish. He was very helpful every step of the way. I made my appointment at 11pm. Very clean shop. Friendly staff. Excellent and efficient work. They had me out of there by 1pm (Due to lunch breaks and other work being done). Just an overall very good experience and a good atmosphere. Justin took some professional shots of my car after the work was done. I could tell everyone there enjoyed working there. As a veteran of the car modding world, I can unequivocally say that Supreme Power is the last of a dying breed: AN HONEST SHOP!! Eric, Tam, Nick, etc. are phenomenal at customer service and don't try to sell you something you don't really want or need just because it may make them more money. You ask them for their opinion comparing products, and they will give it to you. For example, I called Eric last week to ask him about an exhaust for my Mini Cooper. I asked "Hey, what do you think about X exhaust for my car?" Eric responded that in his opinion he preferred a different exhaust (about $600 cheaper then the one I asked about). So I looked up the company he mentioned, read up on them and asked around, and after seeing how spot on he was, went with his advice and haven't regretted it one bit! Nick and Damian were there at the shop early and got my install done even before my appointment time (which was set for when the shop opened). The price I paid was the price I was quoted and the whole experience was top notch. It's too bad that being honest in this industry is a becoming less common and so there is a need now to shout out those companies that still retain the basic principles you expect. Last update: spoke to Eric. We talked it out. I didn't ask for money back or anything- all I wanted was respect and Eric was like he was always. Chill and respectful. Have to update my review. Matt used to be the receptionist/ quoter and he was an absolute down to earth guy. The new employee Kim leaves a lot to be desired after today. I was quoted 1200 from Kim for spring and catback install (8 hours, $150/ hr). I spoke with Eric the owner and he said that's too much and got me in for 800. The job took 3.75 hours on the dot and 4 hours including breaks due to customer coming and speaking with the tech. ($600). I'm an easy going guy and didn't mind the extra because Will (the tech) is such a cool guy to hang out with. A few days later, I notice that my exhaust is making a weird rattle sound and my suspension sounds like it's broken (creaks, clicks, clicks, etc). I was fed up with the car (not Will's fault- honest mistakes/ oversights occur- I understand that) and decided to sell the car. So I went back to get my stock catback on and was quoted 400. I explained that will literally spent less than an hour on the exhaust and that's high. Kim said she would quote me hourly. I also told her I'm going in because there is weird noises going on with the suspension. It took will exactly 1 hour to do the exhaust so $150. Kim came out of the office, high strung and condescendingly told me that I owe $300 and that she just got in trouble because of me. I told her that the job was one hour, why is it $300. She said because of the suspension to factory height (5 min adjustment) and turned around angrily back to her office. Now mind you, I came in to get my suspension noises addressed. Knowing that it takes a while to remove springs and reinstall- I suggested to will that we adjust the springs to factory height and see if that fixes it (you know... in order to do HIM a solid). Turns out that his 5 min adjustment fixed the noises. I went back in the office to clear the air with Kim since I am a very positive person and don't any negativity amongst car people. I told her I apologize if she got in trouble and that all I did was suggest to will that we adjust the springs the factory (5min job!!) so that he saves TIME in fixing my springs that were noisy that HE installed. Not once was I angry with Will. I understand that sometimes there are mistakes! I even told him he's chill and it's all good. I even told Kim that I'm paying the $300... just wanted to clear the air. She condescendingly again remarked with an "ok" and turned around back to her desk before I left the office. Supreme power is a clean shop. The tech Will is awesome. The previous guy Matt was awesome (I have email correspondence with him... he treats me like a friend with a professional vibe as well). Eric is chill and is real. I lost a ton of money on the car due to issues and the suspension/ exhaust was the straw that broke the camels back. Yet I remained extremely positive and just the principal of the ordeal left a bitter taste. I don't care about the $300... just lack of professionalism and high strung behavior is not welcome. read more

The guys at the shop are the real deal. The new location is pretty bad ass as well. Bought a set of Indy 500 Ultra Summer Tires on tirerack on Thursday. They arrived on Friday(crazy fast). I had made an apt for the coming Tuesday however, I'm a kid when it comes to mk6 and I couldn't wait. Sent an email to Supremepower asking if I could come in on Friday around midday to have them installed. No Problem. Arrived and was greeted by a fellow vdub owner named Cameron. Overall: Great service & price for mounting and Road Force Balencing. Cameron even went out of his way to fix my loose BFI gs2 shifter that was installed by another shop. I had my ESS Supercharger installed at MRF Engineering in Lake Forest, CA and it was a big disappointment. The left front wheel rubs every time the wheel turned inward due to their installation. MRF told me the rubbing was due to my 20in wheel. But it was rubbed even with 19in stock wheel. Thank God for excellent work at Supreme Power / Damien, my headache problem is gone. Thumb up for excellent work guys! U guys are awesome! If known they install Supercharger at SP, I would not go to MRF in the first place. MRF was recommended by ESS so naturally I made a mistake going to MRF. I need to call ESS and have this suggestion corrected. SP is the place to go for all your auto enhancement needs.
