We also got the Codfather sandwich - lite panko crusted piece of cod, melted in your mouth. The calamari was large pieces, which means chewy to me, but this was tender and flavorful. My first time with the new owners and everything went well I like whole belly clams and finding them can be difficult and they are pricey. This is one place that has them, fried to perfection and offers them in their Combination for a small upcharge. I got an order, which was a generous pile of scallops, shrimp, belly clams and filet. I got a separate order of fried calamari with cocktail sauce; another fave. The eat in area is cute and comfortable and the two men, owners, I believe were friendly. Great fried seafood! Great service! We were headed to the coastline for some fine dining seafood but there was a lot of flash flooding and could not get there. Hubby was riding shotgun and searched and found Supreme Seafood not too far away. We were a bit surprised when we got there, not very similar to where we were heading. A little spot in a small strip mall. Looking more like a sandwich shop or a breakfast place than a clam shack. We were the only customers on a rainy Sunday but we took a chance. I had fried shrimp, hubby had fried clams and a side of onion rings. The fried items were excellent. I assume they mostly do take out. The Cole slaw was pre-portioned, cold and a little dehydrated. It looked nice, we gave it a stir and took a couple of bites but left it there. The tartar sauce and cocktail sauce were also pre-portioned and too cold. I got dinner with my daughter and granddaughters who love seafood. We had the fried combo platter and they had the softshell crab and the shrimp corn chowder. Everything was delicious and we got a fried shrimp platter to go with.. The food was fresh and delicious . The staff is great the service is pretty quick . It's on the small side but they also have picnic tables outside . They do a big take out as well . It was pretty steady the whole time we were there . I follow a couple on IG they went to eat the famous lobster roll at Clam Castle and that was our plan. We arrived at Clam Castle and as I was about to get out of the truck my cousin text me the viral lobster roll at Supreme Seafood. I told my fiancé I want to go to Supreme Seafood. He said it's only down the street. We arrived and I was very excited. As we walked in we were greeted by the owner and the two young ladies at the counter they were very welcoming and iit was very clean inside. It's a very small establishment with a eclectic vibe and it was quite cozy. Our starters were clam chowder and I had the shrimp corn chowder. It was very flavorful and they didn't skimp on the shrimp. My fiancé ordered a full order of the clam strips with coleslaw and I ordered the $55.00 lobster roll with steak fries and coleslaw. They do have a $40.00 lobster roll which 4 Oz and $80.00 which is 16 Oz of lobster meat. The clam strips were fried perfectly and there is nothing better then tasting that fresh clam they were perfect. My lobster roll had 8 oz of sweet, succulent meaty lobster over flowing in perfectly toasted buttery roll. I had very huge pieces and there were some trying to escape the roll but I won that fight that lobster roll was banging. The new owner informed me that the original owners were there for 35 years. The new owner had been there for 4 years. I told him where I was initially going and he said they had a family that ordered their 2 foot lobster roll that cost a working $230.00. He showed us the lobster roll he prepared and what was left after the family of three which included two adults and a newborn baby. I will definitely return to try the 2 foot lobster roll. I believe this is my first time visiting here since Vinnie retired. In any case, I stopped in today for lunch and ordered the Sole Selection fried fish sandwich. Reading the menu description, the sandwich appeared to come with steak fries. Technically it did, but rather than a small side of fries, three steak fries were inside the sandwich. Odd, when I asked the waiter while ordering for malt vinegar for the fries, he did not tell me this. Although the sandwich was hot and freshly made to order, the three fries were cold and didn't seem fresh at all. Being a summer baby, I hate to see this season end. Having a delicious lobster roll made it a little easier to say goodbye to the warm weather. Excellent food and service! The restaurant is small, but very neat and clean. I recommend going at an off peak dining time as there aren't many tables (although there is outside seating when it's nice out). My husband had the lobster roll and onion rings which he said were delicious! The roll was steaming hot when it arrived at the table. I ordered the shrimp and corn chowder that was very tasty. I also couldn't make up my mind between fried shrimp and fried clams, so our waitress suggested a combination dish. It was excellent! So very crunchy and tasty! Perfection on a plate. Jim C is the certified Duke of Supreme Seafood. We walked in & Jim immediately took charge. Introducing my Dad & I to the owners and making it known much food would be ordered and he was in charge! It was a blast. Jim was the absolute most kind & gracious host. We started our meal with Onion Rings & Fried Calamari which we all shared. Real onions lightly fried & Crispy Calamari. Delicious. I just wish there was tentacles. Then we ordered the chowders. My first time having Rhode Island style Clam chowder. I tasted my Dads and took a quart to go home. But I had the shrimp corn chowder which was amazing. Then my Dad & I finished up with large meaty fried Softshell Crab Sandwiches which I had mines with French Fries and cheese sauce on the side. Jim C had the luscious looking Lobster Roll. Hi went to one of my favorite places this weekend. I found out Vinny and Ralph retired in November of 2023. I was sad to hear they moved on in life. I support retirement 100%. I was hoping the food did not change. I ordered a combination platter (well done). I like a "crunch" on my fried seafood. Needless to say it was % the same. Thank God. The service was AWESOME. The music was very nice as well. The TV has been removed. This is a very good thing the TV is gone. Folks should interact with your party. I feel that socializing/conversation at the table is lost art. Between TV and cell phones when we dine out we forget we came to eat with humans. Wow! What a great find! It's a small restaurant with friendly service. There is an outdoor eating area for those nice warm New England days. Today it was a cool day and the place was full. No wonder, the food is amazing! We started with the New England clam chowder which was spot on, creamy loaded with clams and goodness! Meals were a whole order of fried clams with a side of onion rings, and the Supreme Casserole which was loaded with scallops, shrimp and lobster claws. The sauce was savory and delicious, served with rice pilaf and Brussels sprouts. The clams were fresh and large, not skimpy or overdone, fried just right. The breading was flavorful. The fried food needs more seasoning but the batter was golden. It's very small inside, I thought it was bigger. The cashier wasn't very friendly. The supreme seafood dish was cooked really well and my left overs tasted better the next day once I added seafood seasoning. Not only is the seafood fresh, plentiful, served hot and no skipping on any condiments, but the service is equally as a great! I don't know the owners name, but he is awesome! I most enjoy, that he walks around when he can of course and check in on his guests. We need that more in dining-out experiences. It creates a warm and inviting guest atmosphere and shows that the owner(s) truly cares. The restaurant does have about 6 to 7 tables that you can sit down and dine in. One visit to Supreme Seafood and they very much have our hearts! Not only was all of the food delicious, but their portion sizes are impressive! We still can't get over the size of their "smallest" lobster roll - I can tell you they didn't skimp out and it had nice chunks of claw meat! Another one of my favorites was the calamari supreme, which is made with their homemade marinara sauce and was truly addicting. Every week they do a special with a fresh catch called "Off the Hook".
