We were concerned that the garage door presented a hazard and the very skilled technician (Trevor) that came did not disappoint. He diagnosed what the other company had done and he remedied everything. We had to have everything installed again (springs, bar, garage door opener, etc.). Trevor explained everything to us and was a pleasure to work with. We feel 100% confident in his installation. We have used Door Pros before so we know that they do excellent work and stand behind it. We were worried about our safety and our cars with the other installation. We are relieved that the new installation remedied everything. Just a note of caution. If you call Door Pros make sure that you are calling the real company and not an imposter. Door Pros does such good work that other companies try to impersonate them. If you don't see the Door Pros truck send the tech packing for your own physical and financial safety. One final thought: We all take our garage doors for granted because they usually just work. When they don't call Doors Pro. They do not disappoint.

Well it happens...and if it hasn't happen to you yet, I still recommend Hugo and Pro Glass. My Dad's vacation home was the victim. A realtor contacted him about this expensive bad news. Dad asked me to take care of the repair because he's out of the state right now. Yelp & Hugo to the Rescue: Searched about 20 different companies here on Yelp and compared it to their Google reviews. I narrowed it down to 4...and decided to go with Pro Glass. Glad I did because the entire process was seamless. After my first call to Hugo, he called me back immediately and arranged for his guys to go to the home ASAP for measurements and a quote. Within less than an hour & 1/2, Hugo texted me with a very reasonable and competitive quote. All this without me needing to be at the property. When I made the decision to go with Pro Glass, Hugo informed me that it'll take 3-5 business days for the glass to arrive, and required a 50% deposit, which was Zelle'd to him immediately. (paying cash will save you credit card processing fees = $70 in our case) The glass arrived in 4 days.
