We got here at 6:50 pm and I will be honest I had no idea they closed at 7. I didn't know until after we ordered and sat down. They never rushed us and actually took the time to talk to us and explain things I was very surprised and impressed with that customer service. The boba was soft and fresh again at 6:50 I was impressed. The pistachio cream croissant with chocolate (I forgot what it's called) was amazing. I was worried it would be too sweet as it has a lot of stuff on it. But not at all. Pure flavor sweet enough to satisfy but not just loaded with sugar. Stopped by here Sunday morning with the fam. The inside was cozy and inviting, it felt like a place you didn't need to hurry in and out of. The pastries looked and tasted amazing! The Cruffin with Ube cream was one of the best things I've had in a LONG time! The chocolate croissant was warm and delicious, and my 3yo son asked for a pistachio macron which was also very good! The staff was very friendly, if not a little slow in service but I know this place is brand new, so I'm sure the staff is also brand new. The dude and I came to Enzo's Table for Sno Cafe however we always see this boba truck now there. We check out the menu on 7/10/21 and they appear to have a lot of delicious looking options. The owner see us looking and he gave us sample of their Taro Milk Tea which was very thoughtful and kind! Let me tell you the Taro milk tea sample was probably THE BEST milk tea Taro I had in a long time...9/10. Unfortunately, I have a princess tummy (I get full easy) so I wasn't able to get a drink. The dude was able to which he wanted to get something I would enjoy (so thoughtful) but I already had Boba that day too and I wanted him to get something he would like. So he ended up getting the Watermelon Slush with strawberry popping boba. I am usually not a fan of Watermelon slush as they taste artificial but gee golly this Watermelon slush seriously taste natural very natural which was so tasty as I took a few princess sips 8.9/10. It was delicious but too sweet (personal problem for me). I imagine the sweetness level was fine but I do not like too much sugar. The dude said it was perfect ( he doesn't have a picky pallet like me!) It was my first time trying the popping strawberry boba and it was good! It fun addition to the drink. The owner definitely needs to advertise more as his boba truck is WAY better than some of the store front shops. I googled them and they do not have any business pages yet (I created their yelp page to put them on the map) I honestly should have tried out this place a lot sooner! Hoping in the future they have a rewards card, more advertisement, location hours and if they will be at Enzo's table often. They definitely need more business especially during the summer I recommend giving them a try! You won't be disappointed at all! Hoping to come visit them again and try out more drinks. When every other boba shops in town opens at 11am, this place is open early which is a big plus! This place is very clean, and staff is super friendly. I heard it's a fairly new establishment. I ordered three drinks: fruit tea with strawberry flavor, mango smoothie, and a brown sugar milk. The drinks are "highly customizable," which apparently includes customizing how much of the cup they bother to fill. I asked for no ice in my brown sugar milk and got back a drink that was 70% full. When I asked about it, the staff said the rest is suppose to be for ice. So apparently, ordering no ice means you also don't deserve a full drink. What?! Then another staff member came out, perhaps noticing my unimpressed face, and gave me the ol' "adding more milk will mess up the recipe" excuse. Really? You mean your recipe is so delicate that increasing the quantity ruins the sacred formula? Sounds more like a creative way to cut corners. But hey, thanks for the story. Speaking of recipe, the brown sugar milk is just brown sugar and milk, there's no tea in there at all. This tells me that this place doesn't sell authentic boba drinks. Boba is the tapioca in milk tea and usually, the drink itself is made with brown sugar and milk. So when it says brown sugar milk, it is usually referring to black tea with brown sugar and milk. This so-called "brown sugar milk" lacked tea entirely, revealing a questionable understanding of what a traditional boba drink even is. At the end, the shop filled up the drink with black tea, making it a full cup of boba tea. I would say that I'm happy this place is receptive to my feedback, but at the same time, I want to caution people that this place does not have traditional boba drinks. As for the other two drinks, I requested 50% sweetness. However, the strawberry fruit tea was noticeably less sweet than expected, while the mango smoothie was overly sweet for that level. This inconsistency in sweetness suggests a lack of experience. There's definitely potential here, but the drinks still need refinement. I didn't get to try the desserts, but maybe they are better. Honestly, the owner's response to my feedback was an absolute joke. Instead of addressing my concerns, she chose to compare her place to Starbucks--because that's what we all want, right? A watered-down, mass-produced version of boba. This only confirmed what I already knew: the drinks here are as fake as they come. And her attempt to defend herself by citing a Reddit thread? It only made her position seem more desperate and laughable. But the worst part? Blaming me for confusing her barista when I asked to customize my drink. Apparently, in her world, it's the customer's fault for trying to get a drink they actually want. Newsflash: if you've never been to an authentic boba shop where customization is key, maybe it's time to do some homework. Instead of taking the chance to reflect on how to improve her drinks, she spent way too much time justifying why she serves less than 70% cups and why some customers don't want ice (which, by the way, isn't exactly a revolutionary concept). The first time I stopped I tried the Brown Sugar Boba, so good. The second time they made me Butterscotch Boba...I was completely hooked! The employees are so kind and helpful and make great effort to satisfy your desires. I've had a variety of pastries and drinks and they were all delicious especially loved the Russian Honey Cake, moist, not too sweet and appropriately portioned for price.
