The other has a large scratch across the passenger door handle, which Guillermo informed me "looks like nails scratches." Even setting aside the damage, the cars simply were not cleaned well. There were spots and smudges all over one car, and an obvious spill on the center console of the other was left untouched. Needless to say, I won't be using him again. I wouldn't trust Guillermo to wash a bicycle again, let alone a car. If you care about your cars, I suggest you stay away from him as well. Edit to respond to the lying business owner: I do know for sure, and I'm helping people avoid what happened to me. Own up to your mistake if you don't want me to tell people to stay away from you.
