Went to this wash this weekend was great. I got the $13 car wash, however when I left the sign near the end of the wash said I had just received the express wash which was only the $7 wash. Not sure why that happened, was disappointing but the free vacuum service, air freshener, and dash wipe made up for it. Would definitely return and recommend to others. Very bad experience. Three times have gone through the car wash and paid for the ultimate and then only got the epic level of car wash. When I circle back to talk to the carwash personnel three of the people that I walked up to avoided any eye contact or conversation with me. Supervisor told me this problem happens quite often. The problem was attributed to a computer problem but they clearly have a process problem in their business. Solution was to get in line behind 10 cars and go through again. read more

Waited 30 minutes today before getting to the front of the line, it was a sunny day, so expected the wait. Paid for a #1 $18.00 plus a $2.00 tip, so $20.00 cash. At end of automated wash a sign lit up and said I had a #3 wash ($11.00). So I walked to the attendant's office to ask how accurate the sign was... she replied very accurate. She told me I could go back around to go through the wash again, but I did not have any more time to waste. Didn't offer a refund of a credit of another wash... Will not waste my time or money in the future. Guess they can afford to turn away customers. read more

The service is excellent but do not sign up for any specials unless you read everything. I was fast talked into trying a one month special which I signed (without reading) only to find out that it was a monthly reoccurring fee of $29.99 automatically charged to my card monthly. Why would I do a reoccurring when I knew I would be gone the whole next month!! I called to dispute and was told that I signed so I have to pay. I'm very unhappy as I would have continued this service but because of their customer service I will not and I will tell everyone not to do business with them. read more

Best Car Wash Ever! I've been thru a lot of washes and this is by far the BEST. Very professional from the uniformed employees to the superior equipment, Rain-X and Tire Shine a plus. Good job on the blowers, no need to dry your car, just drive away and enjoy the sparkle. Plenty of courtesy vacuums as well. Love the membership, just drive up, gate opens and you drive right in. Highly disappointing brand new car wash with brushes can scratch your New vehicle when Cinders get caught in the brushes. Brand new car wash didn't account for that a lot of people in our area have dual wheel pickups no room for Duallys and no hand car washes available horrible horrible horrible for new business to open and not give that consideration read more

I paid for a monthly subscription. My car had bugs on the front end, I ran the car thru the wash the first time and bugs where still on the front of the car. After going back to get the front end cleaned a second and third time with them using a bug solution the results were no better than after the first wash. I gave up and cancelled the subscription. I do not recommend them. read more

This is the third week in a row that I've been through and the left side hasn't been working. I pay a monthly fee for the ultimate car washes and don't even their epic wash. I will be canceling my membership. They obviously don't care about keeping their existing customers. read more

Really pleasant help, really fast, really clean. The blow dryer actually works. Wonderful free vacuums. What more could you want?

While we went through the wash we noticed the left side of the wash bay wasn't working. Only a couple of the scrubbers were spinning. When we got out and parked we noticed black grease smears all down the side of my white truck on the left side. The grease was not there before the wash job. When I went over to talk to the guy up front he was aware that the it was broken and told me parts were on order, but argued the fact the grease didn't come from their machines. After no help from the employee we left and chalked it up to a $10 loss. But what a shady business practice to charge customers full price on a broke down machine without telling them. I'll go else where with my money and Surf Thru can keep their grease. read more

Very disappointed ...went the other day and tried to use the vacuums and there was no suction. I moved my car to another station and it barely worked! I went over to the cashier station to ask about it.They said one of the compressors were "out"and that's why. Very disappointing for a new place! Mat cleaning is extra, you get only 5 minutes to vacuum (if it's "busy"). I'd rather drive elsewhere to the Shell station on 3rd st. and get free wet towels and vacuums that suck that you can use as long as you need to. read more

Given a them a 2nd chance after they failed miserably on grand opening week to wash my 2013 GMC Sierra. The attendant said it would take time to dial it in. Now Feb 19, 2019 and it still failed to clean the the side moldings and running boards. Don't have this problem at my old favorite. And it turned my passenger mirror forward. Make sure the attendant turns them in. read more

Given the option, it would be "zero star". First, the wash job was crappy at best, dirt left everywhere. To top off a crappy wash job, the machinery bent my front license plate double and made four symmetrical scratches on the right rear passenger door. It also knocked the rear window wiper blade loose. First and last time for me. read more

Certainly the worst car wash in bend, a serious waste of money. I specifically asked the two prior to the wash to make sure that my car was wet before they started scrubbing with the (dirty) brushes. Didn't do that at all. While I was in the wash my mirror was completely bent backwards which shouldn't happen with a small car and the sensors on the back of my car are now broken. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all cost. I would rather wash my car at home when it's 30° outside than ever go to this place again! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I love to support local businesses, however this is one I will never be returning to. After leaving the car wash, I stopped to get out to vacuum when I noticed both sides of my car had been completely scratched up. I immediately went to the front and requested to speak with a manager. I was then greeted by Jeff. Jeff took a look around and we both agreed the scratches were scuffs buffing them out would be the solution. Jeff attempted to hand buff, but to his dismay they wouldn't go away. He then wrote out a damage claim which I and a friend were present for. Jeff them informed me he would called me on Monday with details for the resolution. Monday came, no call. Tuesday came, no call. So at 4pm on Tuesday, I called. Jeff informed me he had been in a car accident and would be back to work on Thursday and to call him back then. To be completely honest, why was I chasing them down to begin with? If I had a customer that shared the same experience I did, I would be the one reaching out to them and not the other way around. Thursday came around, I called he was short and said he'd call me back. To my dismay again, he didn't call me back. Then Friday, today, I called (again) in which he informed me due to the scratch on the back of the car on the back of my car they decided to deny my claim. I openly admitted that the scratch on the back was my fault, I didn't not realize being honest and not want to take advantage would have me taken advantage of. This is when I got upset and Jeff informed that it's not their problem because they didn't do it. I then asked to speak with his superior, Thomas. Thomas, backed up Jeff and they weren't going to fix it. Here was there reasoning, the 5 people in front of you didn't complain. I then said to Thomas, isn't it possible that those 5 people in front of me just left after their car wash and didn't inspect their vehicle? Thomas agreed. I then said isn't it possible that because of the cinder on the road that maybe it's caking up on the foam pieces causing the scuffs. He also agreed. I then said, the how does it even make sense for you to deny my claim. Thomas said we aren't going to fix it. I was done being nice and got a bit temperamental. Can you blame me? Let's do the math. I washed my car at home the week before no scuffs. I go to a car wash the following week, suddenly scuffs EVERYWHERE. I think the evidence is pretty clear. My claim should have never been denied. I will never return here. I have not even owned this car for an entire year. I bought it brand new with 10 miles on it. Scuffs like this don't just happen. I plan to call the owner Todd Gall and inform him of what has occurred. I can only hope he will make it right. read more
