The quality is reasonable for the price, most of the times there will be a person waiting and help wipe down excess water of the car. After the wash, there is a vacuum place but, compared to other car washes, the vacuum turns off and you have to keep pressing the button to turn it back on. The vacuum is pretty weak/older compared to competitors too. For this reason I'm giving it a 4/5, but the price for the triple wash on Tuesday specials makes it worth it just for the wash alone. There is also 1$ medium slushees on certain days too which is perfect for the heat.

The reviews were higher than most car washes in Fresno, and honestly, for car washes in this area, anything over three stars usually means it's actually pretty good. Most hand car wash places in Fresno are extremely busy, so when I pulled in and saw a few cars ahead of me, I actually took that as a good sign. The entrance is off McKinley near First, and you'll see signs directing you back toward the alley where the car wash entrance is. The process is simple. You pull up, an employee comes over, and they ask if you want inside and outside done. They write a number on a yellow piece of paper and hand it to you, and you leave your keys with them. They vacuum the car first, then move it to one of the wash bays. After that, it gets pulled to the front where they dry it, clean the windows, wipe down the interior, and go over everything in detail. Start to finish, it took about 45 minutes, which is exactly what I would expect for a somewhat busy hand wash place that is doing both the interior and exterior. There are several restaurants within a short walking distance, so I walked over and grabbed some pho while they worked on the car and came back when they were almost done. What I really liked was how professional they were and how hard everyone was working. They were constantly cleaning, then rechecking their work to make sure they didn't miss anything. If they saw something they didn't like, they went back and fixed it. You can tell they take pride in their work. You pay at the end by giving them the yellow paper with your number on it, and the price lines up with the menu pricing for the type of vehicle and wash you selected. My car looked great when they were done, and I would definitely come back. I would say this place is as good as, if not better than, most of the other hand car wash places in Fresno. If you're looking for a good hand wash in Fresno and want your car taken care of properly, I would definitely recommend this place.

I dropped my car off and Ubered home, and they called me about an hour and a half later letting me know it would be ready right around the two-hour mark. Overall, they did a really strong job. I'd rate the result about an 8-9 out of 10. The car came back very clean, honestly somewhere between a standard wash and a light detail. They applied protectant where it mattered, and the overall presentation was noticeably better than your average drive-through or quick hand wash. That said, there are a couple areas where they fell just short of being excellent. On closer inspection, some of the smaller details were missed. For example, you can clearly see where surfaces were wiped down, but they didn't always get into tighter spots like the door handle wells. It's not a major issue, but it's the kind of thing that would only take a few extra seconds and would elevate the result from "really good" to "top-tier." The bigger issue for me was at pickup. When I walked up and said I was there for my Tesla, I was handed a set of keys without any verification, no confirmation of make/model, no receipt check. It turned out to be the wrong keys. That's a pretty clear security oversight, and it's something they need to tighten up immediately. Pricing-wise, it's not cheap, but you are getting a higher level of service than a standard wash. Bottom line: this place isn't perfect, but it's definitely better than average and one of the stronger options I've found locally. If they tighten up the small details and fix the key handoff process, this could easily be a top-tier spot. I'd come back.

It taste just exactly like fresh banana and strawberry yogurt or baby food. It is on the sweeter side though. The rocky road is always a must have for chocolate lovers.
