When we sent photos, Ricky agreed it wasn't up to his standards and promised to replace the doors after "a busy patch." That was half a year ago. Since then: no responses to calls, texts, or emails. We chose him over a Restoration Hardware or Rejuvenation vanity because we wanted to support a local craftsman who would stand behind their work. That trust was misplaced. I buy toys throughout the year so I have a bundle to donate when collection time comes around. So my visit here was not wasted. My purchases were under $20, which kept me within budget.
