This is way overdue! We renovated the kitchen and bathroom in our tiny studio before we moved into it. Our daughter recommended visiting Emser Tile. When walked into the Emser showroom it was truly overwhelming! My head was spinning from selection overload. Thankfully, our daughter, who happens to be a FIDM graduate, accompanied us on this outing and was a huge help in narrowing down our choices. She has a superb design eye and worked well with the Emser rep. The staff was very friendly and we had the good fortune of having Krista help us. First, we tackled the kitchen design. We opted for shaker cabinets in a blue/gray color, quartz countertops, porcelain wood look flooring, and a geometric grayish backsplash that looked like jewelry. Next, we selected finishes for the bathroom with the same shaker cabinets and flooring but different backsplash. We were extremely pleased with the entire transaction and the experience. Messed up my order TWICE!!! NEVER RETURNING!!! The first time they gave me someone else order and I had to postpone the job-site because they gave me the the wrong tile and wrong amount(waste of my time and money). Plus it was a shit show trying to figure out where my tiles was at, they later ended up finding it somewhere just sitting in the warehouse. I went to pick up just to find out ones my flooring installers were half way done with the job they gave me the wrong shade! They seem to give zero fucks since they messed up my order TWICE! read more

I have GOT to give these guys a shout out! Of all the tile places in town Emser has the best selection and the best customer service. Period. These guys, Jon and Brad (all of them) are totally helpful and just nice. I have bought so much tile including a $1,400 slab at Arizona Tile, yet they never greet me or recognize me, even though I've dealt with the same guys numerous times. In fact, and especially in the slab department, they border on rude. At Emser, where I have bought flooring and backsplash material, they remember me, they offer practical, product and design suggestions, and answer my numerous questions, and they make me feel like they value my business. If they don't have something, they can order it. They tell you about the latest and greatest in mildew resistant grout, shower pan systems, etc. When it comes to marble, I feel they have the most beautiful products in town. When we started our remodel we were looking for vinyl plank flooring. After visiting several local flooring companies someone told us to go to Emser Tile. When we got there Krista showed several different colors. Once we narrowed it down to 3 colors she told us to take the planks outside to look at them with natural light. That made a big difference. Once we selected the color we wanted she then helped us pair it with a counter top and backsplash. The vinyl plank flooring they sell exceeds the industry standard plank thickness and mil thickness. Krista was very knowledgeable and professional. You can tell she really likes what she is doing. I would highly recommend Emser Tile so let your contractor know. read more

My husband and I have gone in twice to look at their tumbled travertine. Both times, we dealt with Brad. He's super charismatic and exhibits the utmost in customer service! He's the type that keeps the customer coming back! It would greatly benefit Emser to move him out of the warehouse and into the front, dealing with customers on a permanent basis. He's very knowledgable about the products, too, which is always a plus! Aside from Brad, the selection is endless and impeccable! We are beyond excited to go forward with Emser! Don't even want to give this business one star but they force you to. We ended up with Emser floor tile since that is what the builder offered. It's the worst tile we've ever had. Looks beautiful before you walk on it or live with it. Spots extremely easy, water spots, shoes, bare feet, doggie drool etc. We went to their showroom twice and told them what our issue was, that we were looking for some type of cleaner. They weren't really sure what to give us. (They can't even provide adequate service to their customers.) Ended up returning one product and the second one was no use either. I would not recommend this flooring to anyone!! read more
