My wife and I started to notice that we had dirt build up in our luxury vinyl floors in between the grooves and no matter what we tried we could not fully remove the dirt. We realized that the solution would be to find a commercial cleaning company. I called Mario and explained to him the problem and he asked if we used mop and glow and I told him that we did. He told me that was the culprit for the dirt build up and the floors may need to be stripped. I made an appointment for his colleague Paul to come take a look. When Paul came out he thought there may be a chance we wouldn't need stripping which would have been great as the cost was four times as much. However he took the time to explain why being that's it's labor intensive and I appreciated that. The next course of action was to have Mario come out to he could have a look. Mario and Paul came back the following week. They brought all of their equipment and rather than just eyeballing It, Mario actually did two different tests using his equipment and determined our floors just needed to be cleaned. He quoted me right then and there and also on three of our rugs. He gave us a great price and he and Paul had done way more than enough to win our business so we made an appointment the following day. Mario and Paul were early and already set up when my wife and I returned from an errand. They got to It and when they were finished our floors and rugs looked brand new!!! My wife and I were so happy and we would recommend these guys to anyone, they have won our business for life!
