You simply had to find a happy medium which was like at a 45° angle between cold and cold to get warm or hot water for a shower. The master bed was pretty pretty far the farm is better than I've ever slept in which caused some back pain for both me and my wife. I think the value is worth it if the stuff work. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy as described in other reviews but we had no issues at all. This establishment is near restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores so you can pretty much get anything you need. There is a CVS across the street and please be advised there are railroad tracks about 100 yards from the motel.
