Majority of the vendors that are regulars didn't have anything set up last night. I was hoping to pick up some houseplants but the vendor wasn't there. Guess with the heat, it's not good for the plants to be out. Rightfully with that. But it did seem like the food area did have more vendors compared to what I've seen before. Usually walking along the strip, it tends to be packed with vendors and shoppers but the past few weeks, not so many. Summer tends to be quiet as people do leave town. The snowbirds going back to Canada. Even restaurants close for the summer season. Same with the vendors here, some comes every other week while there's still the regulars that comes every week. Small local vendors trying to get their product out there. They have the locals vendors that I frequent for my baked goods and sweets. It's a nice little shopping and food area that's great for a Thursday night. Restaurant and shops do open a little later for the event. It was quite hot last night so a lot of vendors weren't out. But once it starts to cool down again, it'll get busier.

The Street Fair is open only on week ends from 7:00 AM till 2:00 PM. Their Polish Kielbasa's are "to die for" and all of their dogs are served on steamed hot dog buns. You add your own condiments, including sauerkraut, catsup, mustards, relish, raw onions, portochini peppers, etc. You then top that off with a spoonful of the HOTTEST home made Salza served in the Desert. Nothing can be finer. They are located in the Food Court area in space FC 1. They offer free samples of their Polish Kielbasa. Besides the Polish Kielbasa, they offer Hebrew National Hot Dogs, Jumbo Dogs, Louisiana Hot Links and an assortment of other breakfast and luncheon sandwiches.
