Today, March 11, 2026, was my fourth visit, and I usually come here because it's the closest recycling center to my place. Every time I've come, the experience has been smooth and hassle-free. The staff are friendly, helpful, and work efficiently to keep the line moving. The man who helped me today was especially professional. He came over, helped sort through my bags, and carefully checked for unacceptable items more than once. I actually appreciated that attention to detail because it showed he was doing his job properly. A few of my plastic bottles were returned, but that was perfectly fair since they weren't CA CRV eligible. I still walked away with $17.75, so no complaints from me. One thing I'd recommend is sorting your recycling before you arrive. It saves both your time and the staff's time, and it makes the whole process a lot smoother. Parking is a little limited, but that's really my only minor complaint. Other than that, I've had nothing but positive experiences here, and I'd definitely return. Man said he was going based off what was in the computer. After seeing the price difference I wanted to separate the copper to make a couple extra dollars since I had it mixed. I asked the man handling the transactions that told me a different price on the copper if he can lend me some clippers and he said he cant let me borrow them yet he had my ID and I was going to do it right in front of him. Words cant explain how frustrated I was. I ended up taking a loss at the end of the day and affected me mentally due to financial struggles.
