My daughter's dentist uses this exact technology for cavities, so I know its capabilities well. Unfortunately, I was told that the dentist here chooses not to use the laser for cavity removal because it "takes too much time." For a patient willing to pay out-of-pocket to protect their natural teeth, being told a superior, less-invasive technology won't be used simply because a traditional drill is faster is deeply disappointing.It feels like this practice prioritizes high patient turnover and faster, cosmetic treatments over basic tooth preservation. I was actually preached at by "a wife of a service member", who supposedly knows better than a 21 year Veteran. I was informed that they take a "whole health" approach to patients but let's be real. You are only able to perform oral health issues. I needed a cleaning and that is it. If a surgery was needed later than I could understand divulging more, but that was not the case. These actions are highly discriminating and you should be concerned about their ethics.

I have paid a total of $446.00 out of pocket for the services I received from this office. That is after an $80 credit. I did receive bills for even more money, but I left a negative review on Yelp and was contacted by the practice. I was told I should ignore the bills I was sent because the practice has no control over their system and it sends out bills whether money is owed or not. My experience of medical practices is that an estimate of service costs is provided prior to provision of services and it does not tend to be hundreds of dollars off base. I don't recommend the practice simply because their patients should have a reasonable understanding of what a service will cost. It's too much of a risk. There are many dental practices out there that can tell you precisely what you will owe them for your care and that have gained complete mastery over their billing system. But no complaints about the clinical care.
