Every time I go to a class, I feel welcomed by both the students and the teachers. I haven't done the power yoga class yet because I am still a beginner, but the hot yoga, slow flow, and sculpt are great classes. The room is ALWAYS hot so be sure to bring water!! They have mats, towels, blocks, and straps so if you don't have you're own mat, they've got you! Highly recommend!!

The infrared saunas are bookable in one-hour time slots, and you get your own private space with a changing area and a shower, a sauna with Bluetooth connectivity, and wellness shots to take at the beginning and end of your session. If you want to come with a friend, there are two-people saunas available as well. There are different yoga and pilate classes available. However, space is limited. My guess is that the room can only hold 10 people, which is nice if you prefer being in a small group. The facility is clean, and the staff is nice. I have done a sauna session and taken a yoga class. The sauna session was relaxing, and the yoga class was a good workout. My body felt great after each experience.

But, they offer a bunch of other classes, mini-retreats as well . Some of which I do. I enjoy the community practice group. I always learn something new that I can use. The instructors are professionals in healthcare or folks volunteering their knowledge from years of experience doing what they are teaching and showing you how to do, which you can do or not, they don't get in my hair about it. They really take care of their facility and about issues of privacy and personal comfort. In my opinion I get a lot for my membership fee.
