This review is long overdue. But I can honestly say, I've grown with this dealership and everyone I've encountered here is amazing. Don Chepe, Sergio, Giovanny, Leo. I have, to date, purchased 3 cars from them. First one is my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado Trailboss. My second was my 2016 Toyota Tacoma Sport, and third, is my now, 2021 Mercedes Benz GLC300. They have always gone above and beyond to help me out, and even worked with my credit score. With my recent purchase of my Benz, he also helped to refinance my Silverado, saving me over $5k!!! The guys were very helpful as soon as we got there, I told him what i was looking for car and payment wise. It took him less than 1hr to find me my 2018 honda civic and fill out all the paper work. they gave me options for the financing and were very professional from start to end. My parents and I been buying our cars here. My first car, I only owned for a couple of months. I went back for my second car. Sold it to me without interior carpet. I hadn't noticed it because it had the paper covers and when I called them they said that how it came. I was very unhappy with the car because you buy something you expect to be in good condition. My tint had water marks and still does, my windshield wipers don't work. Lastly I took it in because the start button doesn't work. After 4 months my car doesn't have warranty and they won't even fix it even if I pay for the part. I was planning to buy my sons car there and my parents wanted to upgrade as they always have with them. We will definitely never go back. read more

Not to happy with this place- starting to feel like we were taken for a ride. We bought a 2016 beautiful Yukon- and were skeptical to begin with since it's a hole in the wall dealership. Sure enough 3 weeks after our purchase the truck needs brakes $220 out of pocket, and now the back tail light is out. Mind you it's LED so the whole light has to be replaced and that's an additional $660. I call the dealership to complain, they tell me bring the truck in let's see what we can do about the light. I'm happy thinking right on, maybe there gonna swap it out do something since we swallowed the cost of the brakes, WRONG!!! We drove there for them to tell us there is nothing we can do. Well thanks for nothing. Our next car purchase will be at a big dealership. Lesson learned! read more

About time they get a yelp account. I just want to say that this is a great family owned business. I've becoming to this dealer for the past 15 years. (I started going to their previous location before they moved to this much better/modern location). My family has bought many cars from them. Anytime I go, I just tell them what I am looking for, price range, and payments and they make it work. We need more family own dealers like this in the Valley. (Yes, I drive over an hour to just to buy a car here but because I know I will be helped and not b/s). Anyways, all the cars we've bought from them have been reliable and can't complain. I get bored of cars quick so soon I'll be back for another car. Tip: they do have an online inventory but not all of their cars are on the website. So I prefer to go in person to check what they got and also to see them in person and test drive them. Hope this was helpful. read more

I didn't buy a car here, but I did have a tire leaking air yesterday in a rental car as I happened to be driving through El Monte. It was after 6pm and all tire shops were closed, so I stopped by this dealership to see if they could help by adding some air to the tire. A sales associate, Leo Jimenez, was immediately ready to help and quickly took action. I chatted with him for a few minutes and found him to be very personable and people-focused. Don't waste your time coming here. Came in to check out a truck, they had it listed at 5k over a reasonable blue book! Asked to test drive and the man said he needed to run my credit first! Hah! Are you kidding me? I showed him my credit score and let me test drive. I came in as a serious buyer with 6k cash down in my pocket and they wouldn't even negotiate with me. Complete waste of time! The vehicle smelled line cigarette smoke and had some dings and they would only drop a grand. I could buy a 2017 brand new model for less than their price. Walked out after approx 5 mins of sitting down to talk price. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! They sold me a really nice looking Tahoe with nice rims and all, but within weeks of purchasing it started smoking huge amounts of white smoke. Took it to a well known mechanic who clearly noticed a "mickey mouse" job done to the engine, he said it was a part which clearly did not belong and was there to cover up a bigger problem. I took it immediately back to the dealership. The manager made it seem as if he was doing me a favor by fixing it with their mechanic. So they put me in this horrible smelling, old and junky car that I had to drive for nearly 2 weeks while they fixed my truck (mind you I'm pissed because I haven't even paid my first car payment). A few weeks later, truck is ready and all is well for the next 2 months. Car engine light turns on, I take it to 2 mechanics who told me the truck will be needing a Hybrid battery which will cost me around $4,000! Mind you, i'm paying $600 a month for my truck and don't have money to be throwing away. Anyways, with no other choice I took it to the Glendora Chevy dealer and purchased the battery. Several weeks later my engine light came back on. Now I am really frustrated and pissed, because I purchased a car that I thought was reliable to drive to work and I find myself literally at the mechanic weekly. The quote from the dealership was priced at nearly $3000. It needed major work done and not easy when it's a hybrid. Also, as a hybrid, not any mechanic will touch these cars. After much deliberation, I decided to "give up my truck." It was hard to let it go because it was a "beautiful looking " truck with major internal problems, breaking my bank account and leaving me broke month after month. I would not EVER recommend this place! read more
