They speak professionally in a "back handed compliment kinda of way". I read someone indicating this place has "terrible customer services" - well, its that persons own fault - they sould have done their homework and knew EXACTLY what they wanted before coming in. (the people who work here are not paid enuf to give a damn. ) And be ready for EVERYTHING TO TAKE FOREVER. No one working here has a sense of time or ugency. But I do like the little robot dude

I went in to apply for an auto loan, and the guy helping me (Tony) seemed like he couldn't wait to…read morego home. I was approved for the loan with little explanation or info on what to do next. I went home only to realize that the terms and conditions for the loan had a gray area condition that might not even work for my situation (something that could've been made clear upon receiving approval). Not that big of a deal.. I then attempted to call not only the loan officer himself, but the branch, as well as the company's main office line to no avail. I go back later the same day to see the same loan officer walking around freely, chatting happily with co workers (even though I was told over the phone that they were all unavailable or with customers). We speak again and I get a vague answer from Tony about the discrepancy, but this time I'm told they have to "wait for approval from the back office". This was all on a Friday, so I was aware that there would be a longer than usual delay over the weekend to get that answer. Come Monday, I receive nothing (by 1PM). I try and call all 3 lines again, nothing. I decide to go back in for a 3rd time and this time I spoke with a different loan officer (after requesting to speak with a manager and waiting 30 minutes), and he basically told me the same thing, that they were "working on it". I was told I would for sure get the answer I needed by the end of day, "maybe even sooner". That was at 2PM. Next thing you know it's 5PM (they're closed) and I've still received 0 updates or answers to my simple question regarding the loan. Now it's Tuesday (12PM) and I call again, just to be told by a main office worker that he "couldn't get ahold of anyone, but someone from the branch would give me a call by end of day". Based on my experience so far, I HIGHLY doubt that's gonna happen, and I'm tired of going in and waiting 30+ minutes for the same answers with no progress whatsoever. This whole ordeal has been a major waste of my time to say the least. This place has managed to turn something so simple into a major headache of mine. I'm having a really bad experience with this company so far. I would certainly not recommend.

From start to finish, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely easy to work with. They helped me get the exact color I wanted and worked with me on the price to make sure I ended up in something I could comfortably afford. I never felt pressured, rushed, or talked into anything--I felt taken care of. The process was smooth and handled in a timely manner (about as good as it gets when buying a brand-new car), and their communication and attitude made the whole experience stress-free. Everyone was welcoming, patient, and respectful of my time. If you're looking for a team that's honest, helpful, and actually cares about getting you into the right car, I highly recommend asking for Natalie, Juan, and Nelson. I'd absolutely buy from them again.

The experience here was efficient, professional, and well-managed. Lily was especially helpful--friendly, knowledgeable, and clear in her communication. However, this branch in particular, is tucked away underneath a shiny black building. And within this secluded branch are a series of tellers who assist and smile. (For legal reasons, I must also inform you that I cannot confirm their smiles as they are constantly wearing face masks. But.. you know, you can kind of tell it in their tone.) I've made deposits, called on the phone, gotten a certified check, wired money. They've suggested ways for my company to save money. They've called me personally on the single time there was an irregularity with my account. So I'm quite satisfied. Thankfully they had plenty of options. Luckily Nate was there to help me out. Pretty chill laid back guy, he didn't rush trying to make a deal and didn't try to sweet talk me at all, pretty straight forward but helpful nonetheless. You can tell he sells cars on a daily. Unfortunately to get the car out the same day my credit union took a little longer than anticipated and Nate was patient enough to let us deal with that without rushing me or anything. He helped me set up the car and get everything ready and available to pick up the phone when I had questions after the purchase. No bs, no nonsense, just straight business. I successfully got my money back, and others should know they may have options too. Important: Once a proper cancellation request is submitted, companies generally should process eligible refunds within a reasonable time. In many cases, 30 days is a fair deadline to demand written confirmation and refund processing. This is the blueprint I used: Step 1: Review your paperwork for add-ons such as: - Warranty - Paint protection - Interior/exterior package - Theft device - Service contract Step 2: Find the warranty company or administrator listed on the contract and email them directly. Example contacts I used: - cancellations@vtg-services.com - info@roadvantage.com Step 3: Send a written cancellation demand including: - Vehicle info - Purchase date - Amount charged - Contract/product name - VIN (last 6 digits only) - Statement that no claims were used Step 4: Include this key statement: "Premium Autos told me they could not sell me the vehicle unless I purchased this product." Step 5: Mention California Vehicle Code §11713.18 regarding optional products being misrepresented as mandatory. Step 6: State clearly: "Please process cancellation and refund within 30 days of this notice or I will file formal complaints." Step 7: If ignored, complaints may be filed with: 1. California DMV Investigations Division 2. California Attorney General 3. FTC 4. CFPB (if financing involved) 5. Local District Attorney Consumer Protection Step 8: Request written confirmation that: - Contract is cancelled - Refund is processed - Refund sent to lender if financed I was able to successfully get my money back. Keep everything in writing, stay professional, and act quickly.
