The lady (I think owner) who threaded my full face was very kind and talkative (it's hard for me to talk when my upper lip is under attack). I took two stars out of my rating for attention to detail. When she was done, I had to point out the areas she missed. I kept doing that, and after the third time, I gave up. I thanked her and decided not to go there again. At home, I found even more areas. Sweet lady, but I needed quality. My recommendation to the owner: Don't thread each area super slowly, that makes it more painful. I walked in, without an appointment, and was helped immediately. I normally hate threading due to the pain, but this was almost painless and so very fast. I loved it so much I asked to try out tinting my eyebrows too! I've never done tinting so they explained the process and choose a more mild color for me. The end result looks so amazing.
