Let me first start off by saying that I RARELY leave reviews. In order for me to leave a review, the place or the service provider has to be either REALLY good or REALLY bad! However, Dr. Lee and her staff have just been so AMAZING!!! From the very first phone call, the very high level of customer service and care from her staff, Natalie, Rayna, Lupe, and Jessica, has been exceptional. They are all so kind, welcoming, and truly go above and beyond to make every patient feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Lee herself is very sweet and one of the most genuine doctors I've ever met. She is very, very knowledgeable, extremely patient, NEVER rushes you, and has such gentle hands when she's working on your teeth. You can just tell that she truly cares about every patient and takes great pride in her work. Both my wife and I go to Dr. Lee, and we are both VERY picky when it comes to our doctors, but we both absolutely love Dr. Lee and her office and staff. I had quite a bit of dental work done including extractions, root canals, fillings, and a deep cleaning at the end, and she was absolutely AMAZING at every single one of them. Every procedure was done with such precision, care, and gentleness that I honestly couldn't believe how smooth everything went. Dr. Lee has an incredible attention to detail and explains every step so you always know what's happening, which really puts you at ease. I was looking for a good dental Dr. Read some good reviews for this office and decide it to make an appointment, the exam, x-rays And a "mini cleaning" was $130... the location ok... the receptionist not so professional the x-ray guy technician not to good... there equipment old fashioned not good quality and poor cleanliness I literally went because I had pain in my upper molar #14 the Dr. Said that I needed to extract 2 molars and I needed a deep cleaning all that for over $1,000 !!! Came here once before to get my extraction done. I went again a second time today for another extraction and I was visualizing writing a review so I can go over the day. This place is utmost positive and entertaining. They have beautiful photographs on the wall and the wait time is always short. My extraction before was stubborn, but Dr. Susan got it done. For today's extraction, she explained the plan to me so I knew what was going on. The seats are so comfortable here so you can just relax. As I was leaving, Maribel at the front desk explained to me after-care very well. This place has a youthful vibe and has recently Expanded! Make sure you dont give up calling the place either! I went in on Monday , I was referred by Reverend Thomas and to be honest I was skeptical because he said she was affordable and took medical so I expected a 2 star place to be honest but I needed to see a dentist desperately so I thought what the heck why not. To my surprise they did accept MEDICAL but they were not CHEAP. It's actually a beautiful office with such sweet staff. I loved everything about my visit and both doctor Lee and park were AMAZING! I went back on Wednesday and Both spoke to me and he did 3 extractions on me in less than 30 mins. It was great. I'm recovering beautifully and I'm so excited to go back and start fixing my teeth. The best dentist ever!!! I moved, so I had to change dentist, so I went on Yelp and found doctor Susan H Lee's office and boy I'm glad I did. Dr. Jones is excellent. She makes you feel at ease and explains what's going to happen to you. She's also is a master with her skills and tools. Watching her work is a pleasure. She is like the Lara Croft of dentistry. I went in and had to have my tooth pulled by her. She broke the news to me gently as if it were her tooth. She had it out in no time without breaking a sweat. She does her best to save your teeth if she can. The love and care I received there made me completely at ease with losing my tooth. Any dentist that can make you feel ok about that is gifted.
