Absolutely terrible experience. After discussing my treatment priorities, Dr. Naushil Desai injected the upper and lower right side of my mouth. When I later asked why my lower right side was numbed despite being told no treatment would be performed there, he denied injecting that area at all. I was simply asking questions about my own treatment, but instead of receiving clear answers, the situation escalated and I was asked to leave while still numb from the injections. The office ended up calling the police, and I was escorted out without receiving the treatment I came for. Patients deserve honesty, transparency, and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. read more

My children got service here, and we gave it a try.. we went for a general clean up. What we got was a very angry dentist who was operating on welcoming object. My wife got the service first, 2 days before me. She complained to me about the dentist's aggressiveness. When I got my done, I understood what she went through. After 2 months, my teeth still feel uncomfortable. After the dental cleaning, my teeth become so sensitive to any heat and cold. I can not eat warm food or ice scream any more. read more

My 1st yelp review :) I HIGHLY recommend this dentist! As others have said Dr Desai is the best dentist I have ever been to!. I had a really bad wisdom tooth ache that I dealt with for what felt like almost a year. I don't have dental insurance so I was assuming I was going to pay a lot. In early Feb 2015 right before my birthday the pain got so bad and I didn't wanna feel bad on my bday so I started calling around looking for a good affordable dentist to have the tooth removed. I really got blessed finding Smile Brite Dental. It literally takes me 2 minutes to walk there from my home and it was painless, quick & affordable. I had a total of 3 visits. The consultation, the wisdom tooth extraction and the follow up visit. The office is new and clean. The receptionist (I think her name is Carmela) Is very nice and she always greeted me with a smile. The consultation: It was fast and easy. I loved it cause they didn't just have me sitting around. They called me back right away and did the xrays right away. Dr. Desai confirmed I had an infected wisdom tooth & put me on antibiotics for a few days. The extraction: I came back a few days before my birthday to get the tooth removed. I couldn't believe how quick and painless it was. Like before I got called back right away & the Dr started numbing me up. In fact that was the longest part of it all was waiting for my mouth to get numb. It didn't take to long though. When Dr. Desai came back to do the extraction I was a little nervous it was going to take a long time to get my tooth out. He started working on me & literally less than 5 minutes it took him to get the tooth out. I was so amazed how quick & comfortable it was. I left with care instructions, a mouth full of gauze & a smile. Finally no more pain! The Dr himself called me the next day & left me a voicemail to check on me & see how I was feeling & gave me a couple of care reminders. That was a big plus. The follow up: Like before I was in & out so quick. He took a look at how it was healing said everything looked good. Even though the visit was so quick what I appreciated was Dr Desai took the time to ask me if I had any question & he answered them. Dr. Desai really is a great dentist. For any of mine or my families dental needs we will definitely be going to him. Everyone there is so nice and I loved that they didn't push any thing extra on me. They offered extras but didn't make me feel pressured into doing or getting anything that I didn't absolutely need. I so appreciated that. All i paid for was the initial consultation & the cost of the extraction. That's it! I didn't have to pay for the visit to get the tooth extracted or for the follow up visit. I looked around & I'm telling you for the price, service & care you get...you can't beat it! I don't have one negative thing to say about Smile Brite Dental or Dr. Desai. Dr Desai and his entire staff are awesome. I love the flexible hours available along with the prompt service of the appointment. I use to sit at other dental offices for half hour to an hour waiting to be seen. Not here at this office. The most I've ever waited was maybe 5 minutes. They've even seen me earlier than my scheduled appointment. I love the convenience and efficient work of my visit here. They never over book patients and I'm never here for hours and hours. I was tired of being in pain after the novacaine wore off so I called 1-800-DENTIST & asked for the most gentle doctor on their list. Ask & you shall receive. Dr Desai was my 3rd dentist in 4 years & 3rd time's the charm. He is not only gentle but he is very professional & meticulous. He gives you the "play-by-play" of what he's going to be doing & warns you if something may pinch a little... & it's very little if anything. He doesn't push deep cleaning at every visit like my past dentists; he does what's necessary & needed. I've never been in pain after my visits. His staff is extremely friendly & I like that they call to remind me of my upcoming appointments because sometimes I forget to put it on my calendar. Highly recommended for every body. I found Dr. Desai refered by 1-800- dentist. I believe was his patient since 2003 also my husband. No pain in regular cleaning and less pain(tolerable) in fillings. So, I place an emergency call to him and He is very nice and calm me down and understand my situation. He wanted to make sure my daughter is fine and told me to come see him right away. He assured me that everything will be fine because its only a baby tooth and no broken tooth. For some reason the tooth came off from the roots. So, its clean but sad part is that she wont be having a front tooth till she turns 7. She is 8 now. the huge front tooth came out. Now, she needs braises. I've been seeing Dr. Desai for years, and I highly recommend him. I actually live in San Diego now, but I still come up to Anaheim for checkups twice a year. It's hard to find a good dentist, so I'm sticking with mine. His office is well run, the staff is very friendly and professional, and Dr. Desai is always nice and personable. I've heard many stories of dental offices run like factories where you hardly see the doctor. This isn't the case here, Dr. Desai always gives personal attention and takes the time to get to know you. His assistants, especially Carmen, are also great. I never have to wait long once I arrive at the office either. They are also available for appointments one saturday a month, which is handy since I'm coming from out of town. read more
