I have been getting my dental services at Dr. Rosetta Vergel de Dios' dental office for over a year now. Dr. Vergel de Dios and her team are all so nice, friendly, and caring. Recently, I stained my visible temporary crowns in bright yellow because I ate curry udon (same day). ‍ Rey (so nice) got me into the office first thing in the morning after receiving my message, and Dr. Vergel de Dios made my temporary crowns pretty again. She was so sweet about it and didn't make me feel bad at all for the mistake I made by eating super staining food. I switched to PPO insurance and found this establishment which is also conveniently located near me. The moment I walked in I was amazed at how clean and crisp everything looked. All the staff was very welcoming and excited to have me since I was a new patient. I was also impressed by their advanced technology such as the iTero which scans your teeth and Dr can walkthrough everything there is to see about your teeth right in front of you. I had never seen anything like that before!! I came in for a check up and cleaning and auntie Rosetta was very informative on my options and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I had been to this office about 9 years ago for an emergency service due to a toothache, then returned to my regular dentist. Since then, my regular dentist has closed his office. In search of a new dentist, I remembered that I'd had a good previous experience here and came back. Thank goodness I remembered Dr. Vergel de Dios!! I couldn't believe how much modern technology has advanced in dentistry. Great new X-ray process, great new imaging process! She had a gentle hand when doing my cleaning. She made recommendations but wasn't pushy about it and I DID not feel like she was trying to "get as much" out of me like I've experienced and heard of at other offices. I wanted to love this doctor's office but unfortunately this wasn't the best place for me. I gave them a chance after COVID as I wasn't really sure if they were still operating in general but I still had appointments during COVID, to which I didn't hear anything from them about my appointments. Decided to give them a chance as COVID really ruined things for a lot of people. Appointment after COVID, I was offered a treatment plan to do Invisalign, to which there was so much pressure to try to accept their plan. Before my next appointment for the actually scanning, I asked around different offices for their pricing, only to find out that Dr Rosetta is charging over $1K higher prices then some other dentist and even orthodontist! I wasn't even offered any brackets for my Invisalign that would ultimately help bring my jaw straight again, yet I would be paying a much higher price tag with this office! After cancelling my appointment for that, they then charged my insurance close to $100 just for taking photos of my teeth for this "Invisalign Consultation". Out of the 5 offices that I even got a consultation for, this was the only office looking to get more money off of me. This isn't the worse office I have been to but I am better off somewhere else. P.S. - If you are looking for Invisalign services and you read this far, I suggest shopping around other doctors for them. The $6.5K this office offers is a rip off. read more

I recently was referred to Rosetta Dental by my dental insurance and GOOGLE. After a long search of about 10-15 dental places I found ROSETTA. My experience from beginning to end was awesome. I called and spoke to Ray @ the front desk he was very patient and informative all around. Meeting Mrs. Rosetta was such of fresh air to see know there are people that truly care about making people feel comfortable speaking/sharing about their needs when it comes to dental. Dr. Rosetta is the dentist I wish I had my entire life! The dental office is clean and welcoming, her staff are sweet and professional, and Dr. Rosetta herself is very personable, meticulous, and knowledgeable. Whereas I dreaded going to the dentist in the past for their sterile office and pushy sales pitches, I have enjoyed my experience with Dr. Rosetta and her staff for their genuine care and no pressure services. Here are some things to note: 1) I found her office from a list of providers from my dental insurance, which also happened to be near my previous address. Though I have moved away from the area since, and because finding a good dentist is difficult, I decided to continue going to her -- she's that great! 2) Staff and office are warm and welcoming. They have been extremely sweet and accommodating since the beginning. The staff explain everything very well on the phone, and in person. They are also patient and respectful when answering my questions. I had two insurances and they conducted a cost analysis to help me determine which insurance should be my primary -- that kind of help is very rare, and one that I greatly appreciate. The office looks like a house converted into a dental office, so it has a warm feel; a dire difference to the sterile offices that made my uneasy in the past. There's also plenty of parking. 3) They are not pushy. My biggest pet peeve is a dental office that tells me I need tons of work done and that I have no choice but to pay thousands of dollars for dental work (read my other reviews for those bad experiences). Dr. Rosetta has top-of-the-line technology that takes 3D photos of my teeth, so that we can review them together and I can see exactly what she sees. She points out the good, and some potential issues in the future. She doesn't push for things to get done. 'If they aren't an issue, great!' I always ask for a treatment plan so that I have it on file if I plan to move forward in the future. 4) COVID safety and new protocols. They have switched to Modento, which is a great app to communicate everything from filling out paperwork to scheduling appointments. I'm also able to fill out forms in advance which expedites the check-in process. For example, for my appointment, I was instructed to check-in from the parking lot and was called to come in when the last patient walked out. I appreciate these safety measures in place to protect the patients and staff. 5). Dr. Rosetta and her staff are genuine. I love that they remember things about me, and they ask questions about my job and life. Though they are extremely professional, I love that they take time to get to know me. It helps keep me at ease (we are in a dental office after all with tools going in to my mouth), so it calming and comfortable. Plus, Dr. Rosetta hums -- which is also very soothing. read more

That's because she and her staff are meticulous and considerate. She provides sound and honest advice and is very caring of her patients. On a recent visit I was happy to see her office take all appropriate precautions to minimize the risk of Covid-19 transmission, including pre-visit screening, use of personal protective equipment, and hand hygiene.
