A young girl did my nails. It was my first time in this shop, I should have asked for a more experience nail tech. I got shellac mani and pedi. The mani looks dull, and I just got them today. My pedicure looks nicer; however she left a sharp overgrown nail that caused my toe to swell up and look red. I disregarded it during the day, but now that i'm laying im bed and put pressure on it , i felt the pain. Took out a nail clipper and sure enough there was a sharp part that she didn't clip off. I still tipped well, but won't come back sadly. Also !!!!!! mention if your nails are frail or thin, because that hand piece they use to shave old nail polish off hurts/ burns if they are not gentle. First I've been to better salons for less the price. 1. the prices are indeed conjured up on the spot even though there is a sign right there.. 2. the older man should not be doing nails because he can not file.. he cut me off speaking when I told him what color I wanted .. 3. Susan is very nice .. she is indeed an expert but why can she not do more designs?? it's really basic don't let the pretty polish colors fool you. 4. Great prices and Susan and her staff take a lot of time doing your nails. My nails (whether acrylic or shellac) always stay on at least two weeks and currently i am on about 3 weeks of no chipped shellac - which is unheard of for my nails. Everyone I bring here loves it and is blown away by the prices and time they take doing it right. Weekends are very busy. Susan is very nice and remembers me each time I come in. We were services immediately for pedicures. I have small toes and toenails, so a lot of times salons don't take time to really clip and shape them. I thought the lady who did my pedicure did a fantastic job, she really took her time and did it right. Completely worth $16. I got coffin shape acrylic on my hands. At first, I was skeptical because an older man was applying my tips. He was kind of rough and rude but they are a good shape. They really take time to file, shape, fit, and clean up the nails. They really care about the finished product. I'm very happy I came here and would come again. I spent only $41 getting a mani/pedi. I would 100% recommend to a friend. read more

Came here for a mani-pedi early morning around 11am, and since I was the first person in I got two people to tend to me so I felt extremely pampered. One woman started working on my feet and the other pulled a rolling chair to work on my manicure. I was trying my best not to care that they weren't paying any attention to me but I'm very used to making some kind of small talk while I get my nails done. I think it's a vital part of customer service, so I felt that was missing. The pedicure however was thorough and they even placed some hot rocks to rub on my shins. The place was a bit dusty and when I went to dry my nails I felt no air coming out of the machine but I was in a hurry and didn't bother asking to see if it was working correctly. This review is only for the pedicures here. I came here for the first time on 5/25 to get my nails and feet done. I came back for the second time last weekend to just do my toes. Tina does an awesome job! Very detailed, she takes her time even if the shop is busy. Doesn't talk too much but she is very friendly and focused on the task at hand. I wish they had liners for the pedi tubs, but I have seen Tina clean them pretty good. I drive 30 mins just for her to do my pedicures. I get my money worth here with Tina! read more

The only place that my nails last. I wear long nails even with jewels they last. The ladies are very gentle when doing pedicures. Susan and her husband are very nice people. Susan does great eyebrows. I been going here for over 15 years. The prices are very reasonable. Some times there is a wait. I believe the quality and care of the staff is worth the wait. read more

I called earlier this evening to make an appointment for 6:40. They said OK, sure! I came in, was told to put my hands in acetone to take off a little bit of shellac, and yet I've been here TWENTY MINUTES without being acknowledged once. It's 7pm now. What's the point of an appointment again? There hasn't been ONE person to help since I've been here. In the parking lot of food town, next to a Mexican restaurant. It looks like a okay place from the outside, but my experience was FABULOUS. I arrived around 9:45am on a Saturday and there were 3 other clients getting pedicures. The service was fast and professional. There are plenty of pedicure and manicure stations. The entire time it was quiet and serene. The Asian ladies were very careful with the tools and handling of my hands and feet. I had a pedicure, manicure, and my eyebrows done. The worst. I walked in and the whole salon is dirty, one lady asked me what I wanted I told her the nails I have are mine and I need a full set. All the employees looked like they were ready to leave and didn't feel like doing anymore nails. I ask if they have shellac a man walks up to me and hands me some sample nails on a string which is less than 10 samples I asked if they had more the guy looks like he's getting an attitude because I asked. He hands me over some more but they look mostly the same. All this time I'm looking at the nails there is only one person in there an like 5 employees including the rude man. After a while one of the women comes over to where I was planning on getting my nails did and starts looking at my nails and starts throwing different prices at me. Like its $24 for full set then $3 for this $15 for that. She was giving me prices then telling me it will be more because my nails are long. I got up and walked out. Salon looks dirty, the employees aren't professionals. As cheap as this place looks the price should match the quality. I rather pay $40-$50 at a nice salon where the people are nicer n the prices are reasonable. Never again read more
